I had poor and slow customer service in Mcdonald's Midrand.
I came across a problem 2 weeks back at McDonalds and I lodged a compliant then McDonalds solved the issue meticulously. Their crisis management is outstanding.
I ordered food on McDonald's app yesterday while at McDonalds Bara, I waited for 45 minutes for the food while I was busy checking up on my ordered only to be told 45 minutes later that my order is in Southgate drive-thru as per location and I should go collect it there. I place my order while inside the restaurant so how did it end up in Southgate and now I paid for the food that I did not recieve and staff members were not helpful either.
I went to Pep store in Boulders looking for blue shirt so there was in my size, I went to the till point to pay however Nomfundo was not able to assist as the shirt did not have a have then she called Lebohang who was slow, not interested in helping then disappeared bringing smaller size with her which was not of help then punched some numbers on the till which were wrong the Lebohang left again to get the right code which a total waste of time because I was supposed to open my the store, I left my card with Nonfundo to pay for the shirt. Nonfundo is a lovely young lady who really understand customer service and she will be a great asset to the business.
On the 17th March around 12 noon I went to boxer supermarket at Boulders Midrand to buy something to drink, i saw krush juice for R21,99 which I took, when I get to the tills juice is scanning R25,99 then I let till operator Precious know that juice is R21,99 then she told me to return as she does not work with juices as she just a till operator so I asked her to call someone who will assist, there came another whom I didn't get her name so when we were walking towards the fridge to show the lady the price that I saw, Precious had a verve to gossip about me to the next customer telling him that she doesn't understand why am I complaining because it's R4 so my question to her was how many customers had purchased that juice with extra R4 so far and under no circumstances she should gossip about a customer to another customer. I always buy at boxer as it's close to my work place and this the 1st I recieve such a poor customer service and dispectful attitude from a staff member who is Precious.
I visited FNB Protea Glen Mall branch to collect my card, when I got there I was greeted and acknowledged by Nontuthuzelo Mjijwa, a very friendly, polite lady who actually my experience in her branch the best I have received in years. I literally spend less than 10 minutes in that branch it even felt so weird. We need people like her in customer service. Thank you so much Nontuthuzelo.
Our wifi connection has been offline since Friday, I have called vumatel customer service line, used whatsapp number provided and even sent an email to them but I can't reach anyone. Their customer service is very poor as they ignore people's calls, the only thing they said was they will investigate the problem. The whole of protea Glen is out of service and there's no communication.
Mondo and Tekom are playing I paid R1522 for my contracted phone on the 22nd July as per Mondo consultant request and I sent them a proof of payment which acknowledged receiving. On the 25th September when debited they debit more money including the R1522 that I had already paid so I contacted both mondo and telkom, they gave an email address for me to send proof of payment for them to refund me. To my surprise the email address they provided doesn't work and I called them again so the lady from telkom told that email only works between 7 and 12 noon however to day it still not working. Telkom is used to reaping people off and has no shame in doing it.
I took a contract with Telkom earlier this year, I miss payments in May and June so in July I paid R1522,70 in Telkom account and sent them proof of payment which they acknowledged in receiving. However yesterday they sent me a message saying that I owe them R3502,70 and **** today they debited it. So I had sent them an email asking for clarity on the matter but they don't respond even the whatsapp number they provided as their customer service tool is not helping. I want Telkom to refund my R1522, 70 back to my account.
I visited GEPF offices in Arcadia Pretoria on Wednesday, the service those people render is amazing. When I got there I was number 167 I almost left when they gave me the number knowing public service however in this case wow in an hour and 30 minutes I was done. I really appreciate the service GEPF Arcadia give it's amazing.
