Takealot had advertised an Apple Watch SE 3 GPS for R2999 on a bluedot sale email on the 24 November 2025, When I went online I saw the product advertised for R2999 and I added to cart to checkout, on checkout the price changed to R5999, Sent communication to Takealot and telephonically communicated to me that they will be giving the Large Size for the same price, After which I received an email from Zina.P to say they cannot help me. I have reported Takealot to the consumer goods ombudsman
Called in to Query my policy and was offered a discount which was amazing, Thanks King Price for amazing service
I rarely give good reviews on this platform but Metrowatt has been exemplary in their service, From the initial planning and deciding on a custom system to the actual installation, they are extremely professional and helpful, my system is up and running and more than impressed
This is more of a reflection of the FNB Private Wealth, I am not sure how FNB was voted best Private Bank because I do not see any value in the Private Wealth Option, in the few months I have had it, My so called private banker has never responded to my emails or checked in with me, I only get promotional emails and had 1 consultation with her after changing to Private Wealth, The Ebucks rules have now made it more difficult to achieve level 5 status so much so that I have downgraded to the FNB Premier Fusion- I called to downgrade, got a reference number but nothing happened, I had to use the private chat feature to find out what happened, The consultant told me that there was no request on the system, Call Reference Rh25070159848-1 - this is suppose to be a private banking consultant and i expected the best service but alas I think this best private bank award is going to Discovery soon. I am now seriously considering the Discovery Black Suite because FNB has lost its shine.
Good Day, How stupid is your KYC Department, Threatening to hold transactions on my account!!! Do you want me to ****en move to Discovery instead!!!! I want a senior manager to call me immediately because I am very ****en irritated with FNB! I opened a FNBy Account and the name was wrong, I spoke to Private Clients Customercare, they send me forms to fill in and send back with a birth certificate with I did, I even wrote a post before this on hellopeter, I received a mail to say everything was resolved. This morning I received an email from your KYC Department threatening to put my account on hold- I will move my whole portfolio to another BANK! SORT YOUR **** OUT!
I opened a FNBy account for my child, and because of a typing error, the name was incorrect, however someone verified birth certificate and did pick this up. In any case, I spoke to 2 consultants and still no help. I was told to complete 2 forms and send through to CRSescalation and FNBkyc, they keep asking me for documents for a simple name correction- in the end I closed the account on the app because it’s frustrating to have such stupid processes
Kandua does not take responsibility for the Pro's that they offer and they do not do a full background check on the Pro's Reference No: 396431 I was directed to a Aircon Technician by Kandua- Tafadzwa Aaron ***i, He came through and checked my aircon, said that the compressor needs replacing, I had to pay R5448 which he gave me a invoice, Took the unit to repair on the 20 November 2024, and said he will repair the unit and install on the 22 November 2024, I am still waiting for my unit to be returned and my money to be returned- its the 6 December 2024 and nothing has happened, keeps promising to bring back the unit and pay back the money and nothing has happened, I contacted Kandua via email and they basically said as per the terms and conditions nothing can be done, This person has since ****med another 2 people if you go and see his Kandua reviews, yet this profile still exists on Kandua, The Police will only give you a case number however nothing else will be done. I think I need to involve the the Media- Specifically Crime Watch with Yusuf Abramjee to warn people of Kandua and that they are not safe when using their services! I have since contacted Crime Watch to investigate Kandua is a dangerous service to use stay away

FNB INVESTMENTS ARE FULL OF ****! I AM WRITING THIS TODAY TO LET FNB KNOW THAT YOUR FNB INVESTMENTS DEPARTMENT GIVE CUSTOMERS ATTITUDE AND PUT THE LINE DOWN I HAD A FIXED DEPOSIT THAT MATURED ON THE 26 JANUARY 2024, I PUT IN A DIRECTIVE ON THE FNB APP ON THE 26 JANUARY 2024 TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT, 3 MONTHS LATER NOTHING WAS DONE, I WAS TRANSFERRED TO ONE DEPT AFTER THE OTHER I CALLED IN TODAY TO AGAIN CHECK WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME, FIRST PERSON CANCELLED THE CALL, SECOND AGENT I HAD TO ASK TO CHECK WITH THEIR SUPERVISOR BEFORE I GOT ANYWHERE WITH RELEASING MY FIXED DEPOSIT I WAS VERY CLOSE TO MOVING ALL MY INVESTMENTS AND ACCOUNTS FROM FNB TO ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE THIS IS UTTER BULL**** I DEMAND AN AOPLOGY FROM YOUR RUDE AGENTS AND WANT TO KNOW WHO SPECIFICALLY PUT THE CALL DOWN ON ME, PULL PHONE RECORDS FOR THE 27/03/2024 ON 087 312 0808 PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PROCESSES AND DON'T PUT IN FNB APP FUNCTIONALITY IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THROUGH IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PRIVATE CLIENTS?
