I am very concerned about the customer service this company keeps. I called in with my own airtime, spoke to lady by the name of K****tso today at 11:31. She had the audacity to hang up on me while I was on the phone with her just because I was still looking for my father’s ID number!!! The audacity of her to underestimate my intelligence is very wild, there are a lot of people that want her job, if she’s annoyed she must resign and give others and opportunity!! I will be calling to clarify if she has been dealt with because she is very disrespectful… this needs to be part of the calls they rate her with at work for her performance!! She spoke in Setswana thinking she hung up saying “ motho o ga tshwara Di details Mara wa founa” … was it her airtime to begin with? Or was she just supposed to do her job?
Misiphiwo, Siphokazi and Fareez have assisted me accordingly even though it took long to process my upgrade. They have been of an assistance. I wouldn’t mind being assisted by them again.
I was assisted by Moses Khoza, he tried to help my premium go lower than what I should be paying, but we will try again next year, thank you for your assistance Moses you did well.
Fikiswa made sure that she gives me all the information needed, she was soo sweet and patient, I thank her for her understanding.

Please be advised, no matter how desperate you are don’t take your child to Pearson, they are very unprofessional, I have been waiting on my refund ever Since November 2020 and even today. I have also been waiting for my completion letter... how does one get to apply for jobs without proof that they are done! They are not able to provide just easy things like this.
Telkom is not trustworthy. I bought Mo’ nice data for R73 which I couldn’t use because I had no coverage... they told me I would get refunded next thing they refusing to refund me... anyone who would like to use Telkom I advise you to not even waste your time this is how it will end up my R73 all gone!!
