I and my husband took our 2023 ford bakkie (super cap) for a service at this dealership's "Car Care Workshop" in Lynwood on this past Saturday( 21 february2026 and our car was the last one so they can close for the day, After picking up our bakkie we found out that the door handle had been broken during the service and it was broken, and my husband tried to communicate with the workshop, but it was closed. We had to wait for Monday, and the manager denied that their mechanic broke our door during the service. What kind of a service provider is this? No accountability. All they care about is the money we pay, no accoutability! they are so cruel and disgusting place , we are not kids and we work hard for to maintain our cars, i would like to warn people not to ever take their cars there.
i ordered online and paid food from KFC Equestria Pretoria via UBER EATS, KFC prepared my food and gave it to the driver boom closer to the time to deliver the driver called and promised to be there in that shouldn't've panic. i waited un till 2hours , my lunch time given was finished , no communication nothing untill i decided to call KFC and ask because the driver and UberEATS was not answering and no food was delivered , only to my suprise the lady who answered my call at KFC told me that my order was cancelled by me according to the info she had. this is very frustrating and unprofessional rotten service, i can never advice someone to trust or use the Uber eats services!!!! never In my entire life , i rather die of hunger than been frustrated with ffod that i paid for!!....
on the 13th April , i received an sms from the network i use vodacom which saysthey received a request for a sim card replacement and i am advised to contact vodacom on 082135 should i suspect ***** which i did after receiving the sms, i did contact Vodacom with no luck following a numerous steps which never took me anywhere only to a robot with no options to sort out the issue. my sim ended up switching off automatically and since Load shedding also makes the network off, i thought it was the load shedding by that time hoping that when lights are back my network will be back. the following morning i noticed that the same issue is still on and i tried to contact Vodacom again using my husband's phone and never got help, so i went to the Vodacom store which i got more disappointed when i was asked to pay R70that i didn't have for a new sim while my original sim was in the phone in frond of me. it was my pay day and you can imagine how frustrated i was, no SMSs for bank transactions and and... , i asked myself why is Vodacom doing this to me, someone is able to duplicate my number while being active and even manage to use it, where is the security? the customer service line given for that serious and urgent matters it just a machine, do you really value customers? i am so disappointed!!!
Poor services from Lancet laboratory & Discovery medical aid!!!, My husband and i took blood tests last year 2020 December on the 24th at Lancet Laboratory Polokwane branch and the claim was sent to my Discovery medical aid, which part of it was wrong and also billed twice, i waited for the reversal since i received a notification from that they are aware of the error for been billed twice i have been following up till today, when i call Lancet laboratory they refer me to Discovery and when talk to discovery they sent me back to Lancet, i am very very angry and disappointed with the two and its unfortunate i am busy with a certain process that i need laboratory tests from Lancet , as for Discovery medical aid i don't want it anymore and will make sure people hear about this. this wasted my money following up every single day after they make promise of fixing this on top of the expenditure one pays monthly for medical aid or expensive blood tests!

Hi Avis I am very unhappy, I rented a car and paid R7800 and the total amount due to Avis was supposed to be 5101,98. To my surprise this morning, instead of receiving the change fro the total money due to Avis rental, I found a debit order and every money I sent to my savings account is been deducted outomatically, This is affecting me very bad, my fanncial record too, I am struggling to use my account!
