Great service from Moitiri Moletsane
I would like to give a special thank you to Moitiri Moletsane for giving me such great service and assisting me with getting someone to assist me with getting a Switchboard even though it is not in her department. She escalated my request and i was called within minutes. I had tried getting assistance from Telkom for weeks for a switchboard and i couldnt get help. Moitiri even called me to find out if the person she excalated me to had been able to assist. May your colleagues learn from you and have the same drive and care you have.

Excellent service

Awful customer service
Customer service department at Telkom is awful and if they cant help you they put you on mute until the call stops. Telkom needs to look at this and train their customer agents better. Dealts with 2 different ladies that did the same thing

Old mutual, you have a gem
Ive dealt with Sizakele Mazibuko for years and she has always been ready to help me out and ever so effecient. I appreciate such people. Even though she is in the Vosloorus Chris Hani mall branch now, she still checks up on me, assists with all my queries and makes sure my queries are resolved.
