Mind, the bos from MV Appliances (operating under applianceguru.co.za) came out to fix my dishwasher which wasn't pumping water. He replaced the pump and a switch. Two weeks later the pump started leaking water. It took me two weeks to get him to come back and check. He said the seal was loose, so he wiggled it around and closed it up and left. It continued leaking. I tried to get him back out but he never came. Luckily I insisted on keeping the old pump. I tested it and it worked fine, i.e. was never broken. I removed the new one and put the old one back. The machine now works perfectly and doesn't leak. When I compared the new and old pump, it was clear that Mind replaced it with a generic pump. But what is even clearer is that Mind sold me a new pump when I didn't need one. He has promised to refund me for the pump, but he never has and just lies about the payment being made. MV Appliances will come out immediately to 'fix' your machine, but will replace unnecessary parts, and never return if his work is faulty.
UberEats had gotten worse and worse. The food comes late and or the driver always drops off orders first, so our food arrives cold, and UbeEats refuses to do anything about it.
I tried to book a ticket on line. I got as far as paying for my ticket when the website would go no further to confirm my ticket. So my credit card was debited the funds but no ticket is issued. I have tried to call their call center but nobody answers. it seems impossible to query anything.
I have a Telkom SA Lte router and 24 month contract. Last month I ran out of data on the 24th of February. I bought 40 gigs of once-off data which would expire on the 23rd of March. When my contract data rolled over 1 March, Telkom started using my contract data first which was then depleted on the 20th of March. I was left with 20GB of the once odd data but that expired on 23 March which means that I once again had to bus once off data even though I had 20GB left. Why does Telkom not first use the once off data that I bought before finishing my contract data? This is a clear rip off.
