I thought it was over when I finally put in my claim on the 12/02/2025, it has actually become more of a joke I received an email yesterday the 18/02/2025 advising my claim was paid out I was expecting about R800, did I not get a shocker when the money showed in my bank account R236.47 I do not know what I am expected to do with this money how did it work out to that amount when the balance was R1700 or is this a way to keep charging unnecessary and ridiculous amounts when I was called about my complaint this was not advised yes I was told I would claim a part of it and it showed the amount expected. Now all I want is the money not anything else I am tired of the apologies can I just have my money. At this point I do not want or need that superfund investment anymore I want to claim it all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND YOU TO ANYBODY AND UNTIL I AM HEARD I AM GONG TO ALL PLATFORMS AGAIN
I am so tired of this company, I went to old mutual at the Diepkloof branch as I was not able to claim on whatsapp because I had changed my phone number I met a very nice consultant Foreman who was eager to assist me with the superfund provident fund that I took with my previous employer after we were passed on from pillar to post a lady advised my number would be changed and she also picked up my fund was not linked to my profile and she would have it done by Mondqy(03/02/2025), that was not done and went back again yesterday Wednesday 05/02/2025) which I was put on the phone again the lady I spoke to confirmed IT had not linked my fund still however would have it done and she would send me an email which I am still swaying this was to be done by yesterday I need that money leaving the company I had to many deductions and they are prolonging me being able to support my 6 month old what is worse is I have to keep going to the branch why is it so hard to link my money to my name I am disgusted by all that has happened especially because I have even logged a complaint which will take 5 days in the meantime who should be buying my daughter's milk it's almost a week of back and forth😖
A driver did not deliver my order and I had reported it on their website they promised me a refund in 3 to 5 days however it was never received I'm very disappointed in them as I've been a customer for a while and never had such issues
Thank you for the service received from Kehrisha Pillay I felt important today I've had medical aid with discovery for 3 years and had to change it due to the amount I'd have to pay this lady called me so much until I decided to take the insurance she advised the difference and the benefits answered all my questions and even had a chat with me in the whole conversation I felt important as I was not just a sale thank you she is really an asset to your company I'd give her 100 % on the level of her service this coming from a lady who has worked in customer care for 6 years.

I am very upset with the service I received from this company today I called them the whole day and my query has still not been resolved I asked to set up a payment arrangement and was advised my account was handed over however I have not been contacted after they kept advising I'd be called back haven't been told where it was handed over to and the customer service representative seemed unbothered every time I called I want to take it further I'm livid
