I'm looking for a specific character. When I phone the branches in the West Rand they are very rude and can not help. So useless. I phoned another branch... Not in Gauteng.... Told me the character is only available in Cape Town. Sure... So I phoned Cape Town and they guy told me the character is available online.... I said no... I tried before phoning. He said it IS available and will phone me right back. One week later and I still have not received one call from the Cape Town or the Cresta branch. I'm really frustrated... But I see the reviews and it makes sense.
Ridgeview Shopping Centre - Helderkruin. This is the absolute worst Dis-Chem. The service in this store is pathetic. A lot of staff working there but nobody wants to work or help the customers. The que at the self medicated is so long and there is NEVER somebody there. When we asked can we be helped, one staff member literally just pulled up his shoulders and said we must wait or go stand in the prescription que. - Why is there a self medicated counter then. This has happened 2x times to me now at this store - The first time was the same attitude just not as bad as the last time. I will not support this Dis-Chem again. The staff does not care and is lazy.
Why do we have a medical aid for emergencies, in hospital patient, if some tests ordered by a specialist decline payment? Decline because it does not meet the medical aid criteria. I am absolute in shock with this whole experience, from the Emergency Room, to the ward. And now a lot of medical debt which does not meet your criteria. Shocker!
Firstly Etiene came highly recommended by a family member. I phoned and all was arranged with him for lessons for my son. He said if I pay for 10 lessons he offers discount. Option which I took. Even though he sent me his bank details, he insisted on cash. Which I paid. He took my son for the first 2 lessons in December 2023. My son started working, so he started arranging with Etiene times and dates. It took Etiene 2 weeks to get back to my son, he also offered to get him on site where he worked, which sounded good. But Etiene's car broke (message from Etiene 23/2) and the car went in for repairs......2 weeks he said. Up to now Etiene does not answer any messages, I asked him for my money back as we found a reliable driving school. Terrible service from him.
Well, I do not know how to respond to a call I just received. Ordered something from a company, paid them the fee (R120.00). I received a call saying that I had to pay extra (R400.00) because the delivery address is at a Hospital. Well, yes....this is where I work. What I don't understand, I get packages almost every week from companies using The Courier Guy. But never in my life did I have to pay extra because the delivery address is at a hospital. The lady at The Courier Guy who was on the phone with me was rude and did not even try listening to me. This was my last ANYTHING through The Courier Guy. I'm totally disgusted by this.
Well again, bad service. I phoned for a quote, agent insisted I give my bank details. I said no, I only want a quote. She went on and on. That day received 5 calls from them, which I did not answer. After that I am receiving calls from numerous Insurance companies. This is now Bidvest Insurance, King Price, Old Mutual, ABSA Insure, Zestlife, Miway, just to name a few. So where did they get my number? Never in the past was I bothered by Insurance companies....only now, after an inquiry with Outsurance. I spam and block them all!
Last night I'm on the road, stopped at my favorite restaurant for a quick take away. Ordered the exact same thing I usually do on Mr D app. But was confused of why I paid less for the food (I'm aware of the delivery fee and driver tip). Quickly went on the app, while I was in the restaurant. With a shock I saw that the food prizes are not the same. Mr D is more expensive. Then on top of our order you have to pay delivery fee and a driver tip. I was shocked. Will never use Mr D again, this is day light robbery. From now on I will call the restaurant and collect myself.
Terribly Disappointing once again. Why do we pay medical aid? After going to a casualties at a hospital, I have been left with bills which Bonitas did not pay. I do not even use my medical aid a lot, but when I do there is an issue. This is the worst medical aid I've ever been on. I will be changing.

Was not informed about the general waiting period, my question is why? Why do members get penalized for being born with a condition? Why was I reassured that if I have any emergency I will be covered? Why do we then have to provide our medical certificate from our previous medical aid if we still have a waiting period? (according to a claims consultant - for insurance) I'm paying a late joiner fee for my partner, because he was never on a medical aid. I was not even informed about that, only after the first debit order was taken off, I inquired that. So he is fully covered, but not me. How long do we pay a late joiner fee? If I was correctly informed from the beginning I would have not fight this or just stayed on my old medical aid. Now I have emergency bills to pay, which I do not have money for .....because I have a medical aid. And why doesn't Bonitas or the Sales Consultant get back to me?
