Lack of Feedback , they tell they will call you but never call. Have had a leak in the same place since the last rainy season thats over a year now. They came twice to fix, but the problem remains. Would not recommend them . They deserve half a star.
Hi Your agent Kgosi Sibiya needs customer care training, he sounds tired demotivated just a mere converstion with him on my issue left me at my wits end. He does not offer solutions to customers. My no. 0787729496 was suspended for not being recharged now I need to recharge and use it and I called your call centre yesterday twice spoke to two different agents but this matter still has not been resolved after they assured me it would be , then I call today speak to Kgosi who then made me think of abandoning MTN as a whole. MTN do better please !! I need to access my sim ,recharge the account so i can retrieve an ewallet urgently! A copy of this email will be posted on a few customer service sites. Your unhappy customer

Home Connect I am very disappointed in the service i received from your employee Rendani today. I contacted the contact centre whatsapp no. as my Router is no longer broadcasting the 2.4G wifi network. To which after investigation she informed me i needed a new router. According to when i signed up with you company over 5 years ago i was to be provided with a free router. Now because you have updated your systems my Tenda router which your company provided is no longer working properly to broadcast the 2,4g wifi network. Rendani Informed me that my router is out of warranty. I have moved address twice using your services and the first time i got a new router for free now that i have moved a second time why did i not get a free new router? This idea of wanting me to buy a new router seems *****ulent and down right *****ery, i signed up for a free router and access to your service monthly which i have been paying for, now i cannot access the service properly because of this old router your company provided me in 2021.Why was i not informed that my old Tenda router was being phased out? Was this a plan to trick customers to buy new routers? I am now having security issues because my security cameras are not working as they do not have 2.4 g wifi . If i am to suffer financial losses because of this issue caused by Home connect who will compensate me?? Your company seems to be an organization of****** i have numerous times overlooked the constant downtime in your service the slow internet speeds compared to what i pay for but this is the last straw, I am leaving your company and i will also advise others not to deal with your company.
Worst Service ever I paid an excess to them for a Geyser that ended up being replaced by another company, now more than a week has passed and i have not received my refund . Lana Ignores calls and doesn't provide feedback . Deal with this company at your own risk !!!
This company is a company of thieves , they expect you to pay for no service. My service was blocked for a period at the beginning of November 2019 because i had not paid which is understandable, then i paid on the 25th of November for December. They theb cut ny service on 9 December stating the amount i paid was for November . How can one pay for no service received.They are criminals preying on hardworking people
I bought a Free Me 5gb data bundle on 26 March 2018 in the afternoon but to date i still have not recieved the bundle . I have checked my balance since then but nothing has reflected. I called the Telkom Mobile Call Centre on the evening , i had to hold for about 25mins before i spoke to an agent who told me to email the confirmation of purchase from my bank which i sent to her email ********** To date she has not responded or rectified my query. I called Telkom Call centre again today and spoke to Boitshoko Moruwa who told me my 5GB data bundle was used up over the past 2 days , which is total nonsense as i never recieved it when i check my balance i get information on remnants of lasts months bundle i.e i purchase the same bundle every month . I asked her to send me a breakdown of the usage as that is impossible. My previous months usage of the bundle shows that it lasts me a full month even more at times. I need this resolved immediately, i am very disappointed in your service i bought this data bundle 2 days ago and when i check my balance on my phone it does not reflect. Is Telkom now stealing peoples money. Your call centre agent Boitshoko Moruwa had the audacity to tell me that loading a data bundle and it not reflecting when you check your balance is normal , you can listen to the record of the call i had with her to confirm that . What kind of nonsensical ignorant response is that !!! I NEED THE DATA I BOUGHT ON 26 MARCH 2018 TO BE LOADED ASAP WITHOUT FAIL. NOT DOING THAT IS TANTAMOUNT TO STEALING FROM ME !!
