MTN WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
After 20+ emails, I’m back to square one where I have to confirm with my ID number, cell and email address again just to be assisted in logging into the MTN app. Worst customer service ever! I wouldn’t even rate you one star. Your useless staff Happygirl, Patrick, Edward, Lucian, Lesego, Thabang, Goitsemang Segopolo, Jabulile. Your WhatsApp number only allows airtime and data purchases! Your MTN app link isn’t allowed in SA but you keep on emailing me the same link over and over again. You changed the payment date to 20th of each month instead of contract signed date of 26th! Do you even have a manager/ceo? Anyone with authority to hold you accountable?!

Vox/Vumatel
What kind of service is this? I cancelled my existing contract of R729.00. Vox responded it can only be cancelled from the 01/04/2025, which is not acceptable, because now I’m stuck with two months outstanding premiums. When I spoke to the cancellation department I was told contract will be cancelled end of February. On top of this, I was signed up with new contract of R729.00 with another account number! The exact same contract I cancelled. I’m still an existing client with an account with Vox. So I’m now stuck with 3 THREE CONTRACTS! EXISTING one of R729.00, NEW one for R729.00 and DOWNGRADE OF R429.00. The excuse from Vox was contract can only be cancelled in a months time which is end of Feb 2025. Susanna Sieberhagen
