Phonetradr listed my IPhone with them in January and still have not received my payment. The timeline: •April 2025 – My device was collected by Phonetradr. •August 2025 – I began following up via WhatsApp messages and emails. •I sent numerous follow-up emails to therese@phonetradr.com and info@phonetradr.com •7 August 2025 – I received a vague email from the team confirming the phone was sold. • 7 August 2025 they requested : Copy of your ID Proof of Address Banking details • 7 August 2025 I sent all these to them. (No response) • Thereafter I have sent more emails and whatsapp messages to follow up (No response) Do not list a device with them!!
I bought a product online on 9 January 2024 through Biuky by Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have trayed emailing Biuky and Carethy and online request without any success. No one comes back to me regarding my product. Al I want to know is when will I get my order. No response.

I have received several SMS’s in connection with an outstanding payment on my Personal Loan with FNB. One of the SMS’s that I received: “Dear Client, your OVERDUE FNB Personal Loan account has been handed over to Daly Credit Corporation for collection. We want to help you become debt free. Contact us urgently to settle your balance OR negotiate an affordable repayment arrangement. Call us TODAY: 0872600803. Ref:13333795” The account does not belong to me. I have spoken to 2 different people at Daly Credit Corporation on different occasions about them having the wrong number, to which I was told that they will make a note of it and remove my contact details. However I am still receiving SMS’s. Jackie
I bought 4 tickets from them for R5000 and when I got the tickets it was R375 per ticket. I phoned iTickets and they confirmed that this isn't a legit company. They bought tickets and are celling them over and over at ridiculous prices. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.
I have registered me and my husband on FINES SA and got one traffic fine which I payed. After that I asked them to unsubscribe us both because we will rather pay our own fines. Since March I have received statements for every month. Although I have phoned and emailed them to take our details off there systems.

A agent phoned me about my 24 month contract that is going to expire. They recommend that I upgrade to a new 24 month price lock package. Since then I am struggling with my account. I have received SMS'e saying that " We've stopped your DSTV as you've not paid. To reconnect pay R.... I have received above SMS'e on 28 Jan, 7 March, 12 March and 5 April. Every time they reconnect my DSTV they charge me Access Re connection Fee of R50 every time. I have phoned numerous times to speak to an agent and no one can help me. Every time the amount that I owe increases. They say that my debit order goes into my old price lock plan and the amount due on my new price lock plan shows I owe money. Very annoyed
I have phoned Vodacom numerous time since October 2017. I have visited the Vodacom shop in Randfontein and the very friendly agent there phoned Vodacom also regarding my complaint. Vodacom should have phoned me back within seven working days. still nothing. Vodacom offerd me upgrades in Sept 2017 on two of my wifi ****le contracts. I told the lady that I am not sure and she must phone me back. After that the contracts were upgrades without my consent. Sins October 2017 till now I have tried to cancelled above two numbers without any success. The amount of R108.61 x 2 for these two numbers is deducted of my account every month. A loss of R1512 for 7 months. Every time Vodacom says they record calls but no one contacts me back or I am transferred to another agent which can’t help me or the call is dropped. Two more numbers of mine is due for upgrade in May but will consider another network service. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied customer.
