Exceptional service PHARMACIST Ballito
So, Hello Peter.. ****it... what an effort to get the relevant Company / Business Name and NO pharmacy / Medical option category...!!! Anyway Here goes!! I have a rather complex Prescription Management problem between 2 people, as well as Chronic / Acute medication need. Furthermore as I am travelling out of SA for 6 months and being medically insured through Discovery as with any other Medical aid, many hoops to go through to get it right...!!! There are a number of rather helpful Pharmacists available and helpful at Balliyo Lifestyle Dispensary, however ONE.pharmacist needs mentioning... Megan Lake ... who has been INCREDIBLE!!! Seriously, someone, who despite the busy nature of being at a counter and confronted with 1 after the other customer has been able to juggle my rather DEMANDING situations. She is: 1. On the ball 2. Recommends alternative Generic meds to save me HUGE co payments 3. Memory of all my 9 different drugs, and 11 pertaining to my daughter!! Quite a feat. 4. Courteous, continually calling me Mrs Edwards... which formality I HATE.. hopefully she will manage to get over the mandatory S.O.P.s and call me by my NAME :) 5. HIGHLY efficient 6. Very FAST... 7. Always had my and my daughter's meds prepared in DOUBLE QUICK.time and ready for collection to accommodate any time constraints I have put on her... THANK you MEGAN!! 8. Dealt with Medical Aid.. that can be somewhat time consuming...to say the VERY least...AGAIN... THANK you MEGAN AND LASTLY, 9. GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!!! NOTEWORTHY and WORTHY of PRAISE and ATTENTION!!! WELL done Megan.

My Letter of thanks with regards to Mary, an outstanding Chronic Illness Customer Service Agent ..sent to Annie her Supervisor! Good day Annie I need to pay special attention to those who have touched my life in ways that have outperformed their levels of expectation where the following criteria is concerned: 1. Customer service EXCELLENCE; 2. Compassion; 3. PATIENCE; 4. Understanding and grasping the issue and resolving queries and PROBLEMS with accuracy, competence and speed; 5. 100% dedication to the role. Mary who has gone the extra mile and left me feeling totally confident and reassured that my multiple complications with regards chronic medications, registering, correcting, amending and furthermore complicated Extended Medicine Supply for 6 months and all the unfortunate changes that were involved. This member of your team must be seriously considered for promotion, accolades and a promising future within the Discovery Group. I have been a LOYAL and VERY satisfied Discovery member since before 1997, at the time Momentum and then merged with Discovery.. you will only see my membership from the official Discovery inception. I am MEDICAL INSURANCE'S most AVID ambassador...as I mentioned to Mary, although my premium as an Executive Plan membership is very high, I would pay the (typically considered a grudge payment by 90% of the population) premium before being able to put food on the table. It is a PRIORITY! Life is constantly throwing curve ***** and disaster can and mostly WILL strike sometime in one's life... BE PREPARED, BE COVERED for almost EVERY eventuality, and above all, LIVE AS HEALTHY A LIFE AS POSSIBLE. I was most protected and confirmed my sentiments ( stated above) when in 2002 my 9 year old twins daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia and battling with relapses and finally Stem Cell Transplant (Twin brother donor...such a fortunate match, which can be IMPOSSIBLE to find) as he was (obviously) on my plan with Discovery, everything related to the donor procedures were covered! Had we NOT had Dominik (twin) insured with Discovery, the exorbitant costs involved would have bankrupted the likes of my family, not withstanding my being a single parent!!! THANK YOU DISCOVERY! PLEASE consider this letter for use in any potential PR, training, Newsletter, social media distribution... just advise me if and where you may like to use it. Thank you once again MARY, ANNIE - for your support as Mary's Supervisor as I am certain you will have had to played a role in overseeing thr MAGIC Mary was able to achieve. EXCELLENT customer service from 2 incredible Aramex Ambassadors
There are 2 people that require mentioning...they were incredibly helpful when I needed to get documents to Pretoria. REANTE from the Durban office went above and beyond whilst I was in a jam. I was introduced to the Pick n Pay drop off option...SO COST EFFECTIVE. Here I met a Coutier collecting from Ballito - Pregz, again, such a fantastic ambassador for ARAMEX. Please pass these on to the above mentioned helpful friendly and efficient people.
