Again last month I reported that they keep on deduct money from my account after how many times I informed them I am cancelling rain. All they say is someone will contact me. Again they deduct. What is wrong with the people I want my money refunded back to me
I tried for about 4months to cancel my rain and all I get is I must wait for the new month then it will be cancelled but every month they deduct and every month I request with the same excuse. I want my rain cancelled
This business was supposed to deliver the engine we bought from Zola Auto Spare Connect. When we contact them to hear when they are going to deliver they said we must pay an amount of R16750.00 for insurance and the R16500.00 will be fully refunded. Only to receive another invoice yesterday afternoon to state we must pay a further R21500.00 for the clearance of the engine before delivery can be made. Please help these people are *****s
On The 16th of October 2025 we paid Zola Auto Spare Connect for a complete Ford Ranger 2.2 engine . We paid them with immediate effect, they said with deliver of R1000.00 it will be delivered. When we phone them on the 20th October to hear where is the engine they said it is at the couriers MEDS SHIPPING when we contact them they said we must pay the amount of R16750.00 for insurance fees that will be paid it is fully refundable. Yesterday afternoon we received antoher invoice that said we must pay a Further R21500.00 because it is an engine and it must go through clearance and police. Up to date we paid to these 2 companies R51000.00 and sits with nothing. Please help
We bought to Poloroid watches on the vodacom app on the Black Friday specials of R419.00 Each. I phoned vodacom yesterday only to be told no speak to this one, then again no speak to that one, eventually one told me to send an email to eshopsupport@vodacom.co.za only to get an email this morning to say phone loyalty at 082135. I phoned Hi-Fi Corp headoffice and is still waiting for a Reference number I phoned this morning just to hear they did not receive a reference number yet, How long must a person wait, who is going to pay for the food i had to throw away.
We did an online application for the special they advertised of uncapped for R599 per month. Since beginning of January 2018, we only get dates when the technicians will come, then we have to take off work to stay at home the whole day but they never pitched. They only pitched the one day and said he will come again there was not enough lines, that was sorted, when a person keeps on phoning 10212 or 10213 you battle to come through and when you do they just say they will give it through and give reference numbers they will contact us up to date nothing zero.
