Fast, effective service as always.
I had to add another vehicle on my policy and had only a few minutes to do this. Service was fast, came with clear instructions and the email confirmation arrived as the call was concluded. Excellent service

Unbelievable Price and Service
Found wine at an unbelievably low price compared to the estate wine prices. Ordered the wine and 3 days later it was delivered!! I can recommend Getwine to anyone on the lookout for excellence in wine shopping

Pathetic iStore Service!!!!
I contacted the iStore at Tygervalley, Western Cape, South Africa on 28 Feb 2023 for the Moov 11-in-1 Multiport Hub for my new MacBook Pro laptop. Ronique Roman came back almost immediately and said it would be kept for me and I could ask any sales assistent- they would know where it was reserved and kept. I specifically asked for availability as I live 150km away and did not want to drive there and find they have no stock. I sent my son to pick it up and after 30minutes of waiting to be helped- he was informed that they did not know what he wanted and there was no product kept for me!!! this was beyond believe. Not only did they not have stock as Ronique confirmed they had- but this item was not kept aside for me as she said it would be. This is the last straw and after 20 yrs of buying Apple products I have had it- and will NEVER buy any Apple product ever again. The fact that a laptop comes without the ability to use USB, camera cards or Thunderbolt as before- says it all. No-one informed me of this when I bought the laptop. I should have seen the warning lights regarding Apple service.

Mind Blowing Service Excellence
Ordered a sophisticated lithium battery and inverter trolley as load shedding playing havoc with wifi etc. Within 24 hours the parcel weighing 45kg's was delivered by courier!! thought it was going to take 1-2 weeks but took 24h! never seen such service in SA. Well done to Getpower team- With them I will do business again.

Off-Grid Energy Solutions Excellence- get rid of Eskom blues
I had a battery system and inverter installed by Off-Grid Energy Solutions in Cape Town- and had some teething problems. Paul and Clint came out to Herm**** from Cape Town in person, sorted it out and not only that- they sorted out problems with my old Distribution Board at same time. This takes excellence to another level and I can recommend them to anyone who wishes to become independent from Eskom load shedding problems. And they are affordable.

Excellent service from Mistry's Pine Furniture
I had the good fortune to come across this company while searching for pine furniture that had no compressed wood in it. We live near the sea, so it had to be solid pine to prevent rotting. The service was excellent, dealing with Prasen was a pleasure and their delivery (Karen was responsible for this in Western Cape) was also excellent.

SHOCKING PATHETIC SISONKE SAMRC VACCINATION DRIVE AT PAARL HOSPITAL
Shocking is the only way to describe the pathetic effort of the Sisonke SAMRC vaccination drive this morning at Paarl Hospital, Western Cape, South Africa. My staff were given off to drive all the way there, with an appointment, with a valid Voucher number- only to be told to leave as only Mediclinic staff would receive the vaccine!! This is why South Africa is in the mess it is. To waste everyone's time, money and man hours like this is criminal! My business is losing out on income purely because of their incompetence. Could they not have the decency to email everyone 24 hours before and cancel? SHOCKING

Excellent Sushi in Herm****
We ordered some sushi take-out on Sunday 23 August. Menu was quickly sent via WA (number 0748550985) and order was filled in excellent time. Sushi was excellent and can recommend this restaurant for great sushi at even greater prices

Hi-Q Herm**** Excellent Service
My car failed to start at work due to flat battery that had come to the end of the road. Oosie Oosthuizen of Herm**** Hi-Q came out and replaced battery within 1 hour of phoning him. That is excellent service Hi-Q can be proud of and good to know they can be relied on in a crisis. Well done to them!!
