I have asked for cancellation from this company, tried many times to contact the Debt counselor Ra'ees Evans even on WhatsApp. But since the 2/12025 no reply from her or anyone from the company.
Consultants from Ezee Debt Co call clients under false pretense to help them recalculate their supposed high interest as an NCR initiative. But they place you under debt review and then they give you the run around when you request for them to cancel the ***** application. A consultant from Ezee debt co falsely placed me under debt review by pretending she is from NCR, she said they are only recalculating my interest from previous credit
The system is rigged. I tried to make a profile on the labour department (Ufiling) system so that I can claim for maternity benefit. The system asked me a few questions and apparently I got one of them wrong then the account blocked. I have called the call centre on 0800030007 and everytime a consultant tells me to check after two days "the problem is escalated". Till today when I try to check it says my account is blocked. Very poor service that I am receiving.
Very poor service received from this municipality. I am currently in the dark I don't have lights, I have reported that I am unable to buy electricity that something is wrong the call centre cant help me they are referring me to another number that just only rings with no answer " the vending department" 0123588986. City of tshwane gave me a ref:7006350789. The workers are on strike there is no one in the Mamelodi offices
Such poor discusting treatment from this company. I have called them numerous times to cancel whatever policy I had with them. They created another policy without my consent and deducted R95 from my account. I have timeously reported to them to stop debiting my account but they always debit. These people are useless, unlawful and discusting feeding on unauthorised access.
discovery has a Maternity benefit Programm that must be activate online, i was not informed of such activation till i learned that my savings have been depleted. My doctor has been claiming from the scheme using Maternity codes but no one sent me daily claims or Information about activating a benefit. I called the scheme last year to let them know i was pregnant but no one told me about this benefit, am i supposed to smell that i have to activate, they took all my savings now i cannot Go to a doctor If im sick. I want discovery marternity benefit to back pay my doctor and give me back my savings. You cannot pay Out marternity ic codes more than once and Not let the Client know, i didnt even receive daily claims from them, am i supposed to smell that i must activate something???
