Here I am again and still have not received my refund, according to Lungile Mdlalose he spoke to management 13/12 who requested my banking details to do an EFT which would reflect within 48hrs. Guess according to them I'm a complete fool because my funds still have not come through. Man I am sick of Rain's bull**** stories!!!! Their consultants will laugh at you right in your face when they hear how long you've been struggling with the same query over and over again. So we are a literal joke to them!!! Tina!!!!!! I am still awaiting my refund 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 I spoke Lungelo last week Wednesday again after not receiving any feedback from you regarding processing the eft because you were apparently on leave for that day and now I'm still waiting...... *** is wrong with you people...AND DON'T CALL ME TO TELL ME MORE LIES JUST PAY OUT MY MONEY!!!!!
I spoke to Mikhail Ford 05/12 who successfully canceled the additional rain one router added to my account and requested a refund of what was due to me. I specifically advised Mikhail that I do not want my refund to be credited to my rain account and that I need it to be paid to my standard bank account. Upon calling one of the consultants at rain a few minutes ago I was advised the funds have been credited to my rain account and like a fool I have been awaiting for these funds to come through since last week. I am honestly very disappointed in the terrible service I am receiving from rain for the past few months. I need this resolved today!!!!!
I had fibre with vuma through Vodacom, started contacting them in May to have it cancelled as the downtime is way higher than it actually works. I only managed to get to someone who actually picked up my account in June and confirmed cancellation will take immediate effect due to me calling as of May so as of 30\06 it will be canceled and mind you the fibre stopped working 30\06. HOWEVER 1st July my account gets debited and the fibre get reconnected without my consent, I have now contacted vodacom for a refund who responded to me saying that they cannot refund me because the service was used, I app**** for RAIN and this was connected 05\07 so the vuma router has been since disconnected. I want my funds back and if they are referring to days of "using" fibre they can deduct an amount between 1st-4th but I will not fall victim to daylight *******, I firstly cancelled and it was confirmed and even disconnected so why debit my account AGAIN and reinstate a service that I did not want due to poor connectivity and poor service.
I had a telkom mobile account which I did not pay for some time however settled the entire thing in February but it still releftcs on ITC. Fine and well I understand that they cannot automatically update it but I have been in contact with them more then 5 times trying to get a paid up letter. Some of the consultants are so blank they cannot even pick up my details even if I provide them with my account number whereas the one who picked it up won't even respond to the emails I've sent with POP. Today I have wasted R100 airtime trying to get ahold of the call centre now I don't know if they're not answering because it's a vodacom number and they just want to finish my airtime or what in the hell is their actual problem. I need that paid up letter!
We attended a wedding 8.4.2018 and I have never from such an amazing venue received such terrible services and treatment. Your waitors do not listen nor help and are completely disrespectful. I would also suggest that you try and get new caterers because the food was terrible!
