Worst customer service in the world very rude and arrogant they treat customers like idiots..I have never met such arrogant people..I would not buy from even of they were giving their products for free
On the 20th of September 2023 I had an issue with my Altlas 646 battery it was taken in for a claim which I bought in February 2022 at Midas Hammanskraal ,they have taken it two weeks after the person who was responsible to do the claim is suspended they had to look for my claim it was not claimed then yesterday when I went in to find out,they brought back my battery only to find out that the battery had a dent as if it fell which it didn't have the dent before,they also said I opened the battery so they refused to replace my battery, I am really unhappy with the fact that they failed to replace my battery and also shifting the blame on me, because if all those things were an issue I strongly believe they would have not taken my battery for two weeks in the first place, I am very disappointed and would not recommend Midas Hammanskraal to anyone , they are making us cash ***s
Rain Is ****ming its Clients whenever you don't pay your prepaid account your debts raises yet they suspend their services every month you dont pay the debts accumulate you end up owing for the months you did not pay yet your services are suspended should you want to use the services again they charge you for the months you did not pay..telling you that you should have canceled the sim card yet in order for you to cancel you must first pay the amount you owe for all the months your services were suspended this is not right maybe I must take them to court no way this is acceptable how many people are they doing this to
CBS LEGAL there is this account on my profile it is busy charging me interest when I all FNB to find out what Is this they say is a revolving loan. I have never applied for it and when I call I am being transferred from department to department my call even landed at the IT department no one has the agreement for this account. because I never applied for it what is going on.
Dear steers if you really want to keep us as your customers you need to go back to using plastic straws the paper once are uncomfortable when you drink a milk shake or anything however the last taste you in our mouth have is cutbord.. Please change I wonder if you tried using them yourselves.. Bad idea for your business
FNB connect sim card has a terrible network when I request to port to a different cellphone network they do not allow me to port .. I have tried numerous times .. I am disappointed by this FNB Connect Network thing ..Just allow me to port. I will not change my number just because you decided to behave like this.
