I am not sure if the people running the payment system know what they are doing cos the website is ALWAYS down when we try to make payments. I don't know how they expect to collect money when they are *********** in enabling the system which will make it easier for home owners to pay. It's been 2 months now and they can't get the system to operate.
The guys are very knowledgeble, professional and their attention to detail is on point. Michael the supervisor always makes sure to communicate everything and he is very clued up with the aircon technicalities.
These is not a company but a bunch of thieves who are stealing our parcels from overseas. Whenever you try to follow up on your parcel (they have stolen), they will just ignore your messages. This company must be closed ASAP.
If you ever wanted to buy an LG product, STOP right there and consider an alternative. This company is run by liars who have no shame. I bought a 65 inch LG tv at Hirsch in Centurion beginning of the year, I asked the sales rep if the tv can be controlled with a smart speaker b4 making a purchase and she said yes. Once I ordered my google speaker, I realised the tv cannot be controlled with the smart speaker, I went back to the shop to talk to the sales rep abdou this, she assured me that I only need to do some set up and all will be well. When she finally learn that the tv cannot be controlled by the smart spaker, she hit a u-turn and told the Hirschs managers that she never told me the tv can be controlled with a smart speaker. I then spoke to a guy named H who was her senior who promised to resolve this matter for me, then another guy called Dean Daffue called and told me he was going to see to it that this matter is resolved (I have cell phone recordings). Dean apologised and told me that the Sales Rep was not well informed about the product and he was going to offer me LG ear phones as a peace offering, I told him I will accept these on the condition that the sales rep apologises for saying she never told me the tv can be operated with a smart speaker (otherwise LG must fetch the tv and give me back my refun), the sales rep did offer half baked apology which I accepted, now it was time for Dean to deliver the ear phones he promised. Dean kept lying to me regarding how he is going to deliver the earphones he promised until I sent him and other colleagurs who were involved in our mail threds (Douglas Bullock & Lance Berger) and e-mail saying I nonger wanted the ear phones, and they must rather come fethc their tv and give me my refund. They all seem very happy that they made a sale (based on false information) and they are not botheres one bit. There is zero integrity and this company called LG. The people ther just lie with no shame at all.
This company seem to have very little knowledge about the service they are offering (Basic understanding of springs for garage doors and the load they should carry) and absolutely no understanding for customer service. We gave these guys a garage doors installation job which they totally messed up. The garage doors wheels and cables are coming off as wrong springs were used and when we compain to them so that they come and rectify, they simply buy time by making promisses they don't keep (lying to us). When we compain on their Facebook page they remove the complaint and block us (instead of following up on the compaint) and We had to pay someone to come fix their mess. No one should waste their money on these chance takers who have no idea how to run a business.
