This place has the worst service and check in time ever. I will not be back to the place again. I have been sitting in my car with my kids from before 2pm. They left my unit for last to clean. How can they take from 10am in the mornign when people leave till 4pm in the early evening. I will not be back. My kids have been getting restless and other people are all going to there units from 2pm already. I am super annoid with this stupid resort. Service is really bad . The lady at reception said she will find out about the unit and call me back. No response or call back fro.bher at all.

Hi. I purchased a Canon printer at Game kenilworth in cape town. The printer worked for a month then did not want to connect to my wifi any longer. I returned it and they sent it for assessment and canon game me a new printer without saying what was the issue. The 2nd new printer did the same thing from the start. It did not connect to the wifi from the beginning. I never took the printer back immediately because it's costly driving back and fourth whole time for faulty products. When I eventually took it back, game sent it back to canon and now canon comes back saying the printer is out of warranty and I have to pay if I want it repaired. I then said no I'm going to report you on hello peter. So now canon wants me to pay for admin costs and assessment fees. Which I refused. So now they refusing to return my printer. I will never buy appliances or printers or tv's at game again. They do not help there customers. Very disappointed.
I will never buy by wheeltech in gatesville ever again. Bad business. Bad customer service. They do you like fixing after there staff was wrong.
This company keeps increasing premiums. I started with them on R949 and I am now on R1099. When does it stop. This is crazy. I requested someone to call me back from 27th December 2023 and no response. There queries on there app is useless. I would like to use a different ISP.
This is the worst place to buy tyres. Please don't support this place. I bought 4 brand new tyres here about 3 months ago. I came in because my one wheel was flat. They told me that I have a puncture and need to fix it with which I told them to go ahead because they said that guarantee does not cover puncture. 2 weeks later my wheel is flat and I come back. I speak to the repair guy and he tells me I need a gator which I tell him why did he not do that in the first place. Because now I have to pay a second time for another gator like I have all the money in the world. I speak to the manager and she tells me I must just buy another Tyre and then she walks away. No customer service at all. She does not even try to assist me. I will never ever support these people again or recommend anyone like I usually do. Very bad. Stay away people. The lady manager does not deserve to be a manager.
I'm complaining about defy. I bought a defy microwave at game kenilworth. The microwave heats the food then sometimes it does not heat the food. I took the microwave back to game and they sent it to defy. Defy came back and said they can't refund or replace the microwave because they say they can't find the problem. Defy if you looking at this I need you to refund me for the microwave please. The microwave is not even 6 months old.
Very bad service. This company that is backed by Santam surely does not give the service that santam gives. People this is bad insurance.
I would just like to wash. lain about the vangate mall centre management. I have contacted the centre management to open a 2nd car wash at the back entrance of Vangate Mall and they shot me down telling me that there is already 1 car wash and another will not be considered. It's like telling pick n pay we already have a spar grocery store we cannot consider another 1. Can someone please assist with this. There is a demand for car washing
Don't use discovery. They have a good intergator plan but they don't stick to there promises. I had my policy taken out by a discovery representative in 2016. I disclosed all my information to him as he came to see me at work upon signing up. I developed a severe illness called keratoconus. I wanted to put in a claim for severe illness benefit and they refused. Since then they have also told me that they removing my eyes from my policy. Which means my eyes is no longer covered.
