I made a double payment on my bond account by mistake and they refused to refund it! Even though I've been making my payments timely! Instead I get different agent's on the line all promising to call me back for 2 weeks!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Only half the tills are working (downstairs only). Stood in a queue for 3 hours only to have the cashier insult us for paying for the items separately. The manager said I must leave the store instead of apologizing

I submitted submitted claim documents with all necessary supporting documents on 04/07/2018. Till today 26 emails and countless calls later to the broker "Oaksure" and the insurer "Lion of Africa" I'm being sent back and forth between the two parties. Oaksure maintains they are awaiting response from insurance company even after "Lion of Africa" client care responded on an email to "Oaksure" asking which email they sent my documents to nobody responded. The car is insured as a Taxify taxi. I'm loosing money on a daily basis yet i don't even know if my claim is being processed. "Lion of Africa" please urgently resolve this issue
