Marks Tyres Ladysmith ~ delivering WOW service!

Super Quick or Super Nix
Why invite a prospective customer to mail a quote & then fail to provide one? Even worse is asking me to rate the quote service level. When i ticked the appropriate box that advised no quote was received, no follow up communication was made?

HOXIES ~ run by a man of little / no morals
Beware when dealing with this food service distributor. We rushed to assist them source a new sales manager only to find that they used the "panic" to skip out of paying the already discounted placment rate. Definitely not a company any potential Customer would like to deal with.........

Ezland Wheels : stay away!

a recent return trip from OR Thambo to Cape Town and back almost ended in disaster.i mistakenly booked the return flight for the 23rd December, instead of 23 Nvember.Imagine my horror at arriving at the airport to find there was no seat for me.Well mango

Standard Bank: can't complain about the service- there is none!
Standard Bank must surely be the most useless organisation on the planet. Just asking for a simple bank letter has now taken an hour of precious time & STILL unable to speak to anyone at my BRANCH. After years of threatening, the nail has now penetrated deeply enough for me to move on. bye bye Standard Bank! richard Lyonj

great ability to bring the best out of a sales person
Phenomenal sales growth Richard came in to train my Internal Sales Lady over a period of 6 months and her sales doubled from the same period the year before. His passion and total commitment to sales and to making sure my lady becomes the best at what she does, motivated and inspired her and its as if I have a brand new person in this position. I highly recommend Richard and will continue making use of his services.
