Today at 14.17.41 I was at the Evergreens Kempton Park branch, and was absolutely disguised with the service today, there was a customer who was paying, but still shopping at the same time. Walking to the catering items and back to the till, he did this 4 times, while i stood there waiting to use the till. I asked him since when are we allowed to shop and pay at the same time? He ugly response, go use another till, rude is a word to good for his manners. So i ask the cashier since when this allowed, we can be paying and walk around an still shop at the same time, Sweetness the lady in the orange jacket comes to the cashier to ask why am I being loud, only to be told by Sweetness that she cannot reprimand the customer. So we can all do this and no one can tell us a thing! Wow thanks Evergreen just the way we need it going into the festive Season, Sweetness you are the employee of the Month no man lets make you the employee of the Season !!! Absolutely pathetic !
I am still waiting for feedback from Hollard, for my recording of the call, on the day i took this policy. No one has contacted me as rep**** by Hollard. People DO NOT waste your money or time with a company with this kind of customer service, quick to take you money, no interest in helping when you request something as important as the recorded call, which should be available to any paying client. The complaints team is utter useless, you call them, they answer and dropped the call, they call u back, ur cell dont even ring and they email telling u, your cell is on voicemail. IMAGINE ALL THIS DRAMA WHILE I AM LIVING, IMAGINE THE ISSUES MY FAMILY WILL HAVE WHEN I AM DEAD! NEXT STEP OMBADSMAN.
I have been a paying client for the past 18 years to Hollard, for a life cover that does not grow in the pay out, upon death its a life cover. The day the Indian lady sold it to me, i was told after i reach 10 years of paying for my policy, the premium will not increase, but here i am, every year since have my premiums increased. I know went and asked for recording of the call, for numerous times and to date this has not being sent to me !!!! They call me at inconvenient times, and today i call the 011 351 4150 spoke to lady who told me hello and then disconnected the call this happened 3 times, then i called again same number 011 351 4150, spoke to a Tebogo and and he did the very same, took my policy number 5977581 and then told me to hold and then disconnected me again !!!! pathetic service, but they forget me paying my premium is paying for their salaries!!!
FNB is the most frustrating bank to ever wok with!!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?? This is just paper cos non of their agents can assist, I am trying to stop early debit orders, that FNB took today from my account, God only knows why?? which is now going to effect my Insurance debit order to go unpaid again, and my policy being cancelled!!! Now how can they help me???? by transferring to 8 agents up and down and no help!!! explain the same story to all of them, only to end up here, cos of the lack of help from any of them ! Went to the Pick n Pay here in Kempgate Edleen area, the manager there Vuka, DISGUSTING RUDE PATHETIC, had a screaming match with me, in front of all the peak time cutomers, over batteries that was not packed in the right price. I took the item and when the cashier rand it up, it was R99.99. I requested the manager to come down, to address this, only to be shouted and told that Pick n Pay no loinger has the policy, THE PRICE U SEE IS THE PRICE U PAY, THIS PNP IS AN ENDLESS PROBLEM, FROM THE CASHIERS TO MAKE PAY@ PAYMENTS, TO TYME BANK WITHDRAWALS, THEIR WORK ON THEIR BUSINESS RULES AND THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY, BUT RATHER AN INCONVINCE TOI THEM. THIS MANAGER SCREAMS AND SHOUTS AND TELLS ME THAT I AM WRONG. IF THIS IS PEOPLE THAT PNP HIRES THEN, WE ASURE ARE IN A LOSING BATTLE. THIS PNP DOES NEED US THE PAYING CLIENTS.
The worst pathetic company to have your car sent to, Miway must remove this company from their service providers, incompetent pathetic, full of excuses delays. My car was booked 07/03/18 and till today i only receiving excuses and delays and excuses. If this in the workmanship from Renewit Edenvale, I want the public to know this is not a company to send your car to after an accident. From Johan Strauss to Justine Levy worse bunch of people to have in your company. Miway is even worse to have suppliers like this to work for them. when it comes to paying your premiums they very good in taking, but when u need your car out all they fit to give you are excuses for their contractors. Zukisa accessor of Miway unacceptable service.
