poor Siselo was so pasient with me after i added home contents and another car to my existing plan. He was really awesome, explained everything in a good clear manor, when i had to change something afterwords, he attended again to me, im really proud to be part of such a great team

useless service
I bought a Kelvinator in August 2020, a month ago this thing just froze up, the thermometer is on 2 but freezer at the bottom is totally frozen, now as a result of same you have unfreeze the freezer every time to get whatever meat out. So i phone Hi Fi, and advised them of same. They send out a technician, technician leave a message with my son to put the fridge off and to defrost same, Which i did and only switched on 3 days later. I put my meet in the freezer again, same thing happens. I phone Hi Fi, now they tell me when i defrosted the fridge i should have taken a picture of the defrosted fridge, and then when it was frozen again, i was suppose to take another picture. So now i had to do the process from the beginning just to prove a point. Now im just not using the freezer part of the fridge, cause in my opinion its useless and so is Hi Fi Corp. I will never ever buy anything from them.

SHOPRITE CRAVENBY-MANAGEMENT SUCK
Woww, what bad unprofessional service I get everytime I go to the butchery there. Unfriendly staff, you have to shout for assistance, everyone just looks at you while you standing at the butchery to be served as if you don't exist. I once tried to make some change, the cashier send me to the manager of which the manager reacted "hoekom stuur jy die vrou na my toe jy weet mos ons hettie change nie" shocked I was.

Schoongezicht Paarl should close down
i never want to go to that place again. First with the booking the lady at the restaurant could not confirm that the place will be open on that specific day but she took my details and made the booking anyway. A day before my mom's birthday she phoned me and wanted to know if we could not move the party to Brackenfell branch for a lower rate. On which I replied that my parents are elderly people. The day of the party I was so embarrassed when the sushi bowl were only filled up twice with 10 pieces on an occasion. After that no more fill ups. The food tasted like last week Sunday's food. What horrible food to give to people who celebrates. Bad memories is all I have of that place.
