Useless beyond explanation i am beyond frustrated with your continues negligent to your clients you have no customers service. No wonder most of your branches are closing down.
Pathetic is an understatement . You are ****ming people. Your business should be closed down .NCR should investigate your business. South Africans needs to be warned about doing business with such businesses .This needs to be brought to the attention of the National Credit Act and on top of that your agents have no customer service. Ma bought a toyota quantum in 2018 the capital was almost 500k she has been the monthly instalment 15000 the outstanding balance is still 300k this is unacceptable guys and when she is speaking to your agents they fail to explain as why the balance is still so high. They jumping and telling her she can go and complain to this department instead of trying to assist.
Your service is becoming questionable I restarted my policy on the 23 October 2023 . I was promised a policy document which i am entitled to since i am a member , i was promised same from the time i joined till todate I also to extra benefit cards for 2 members , the benefit that came with the card were not provided to me when i approached your nearest branch i was told your offices are out of stock i will be notified as soon as there is stick available till to date no one has contacted me I always receive calls from your agents advising that my policy has lapsed but my payment are up to date which is very alarming since am not sure whether your records are updated or When speaking to agents they are very quick to blame each other and promised to update me and send me a policy document. This type of service is very scary

Talk about non delivery . You had months to prepare for this, yet your clients are sitting in the dark with no clue as to what is happening. This is beyond disappointed.
I have never seen such bad service given to a client like i have seen from this joke of a bank . Your branch in Hillcrest is being run by clowns who has no care for clients accept. The staff is forever impatient with client . My mother only wanted to change pin for my disable nephew. Who receiving his grant via your lousy bank. To my disbelief. One of your untrained staff told her to come back with my nephew even though she has provided a letter from Sassa giving my mother authority to do everything on his behalf since it impossible to take him anywhere since he can not not even sit on the wheelchair my mother had to hire a car to bring him your branch when they got there only to be told there is no need for that . I used to bank with Nedbank and left because of your lousy service. To extended your bad service to disable and elderly people. You pathetic
As early as April 2023. I have been requesting an updated contract since my mum was advised ghat the contract was reschedule without her consent. I have spoke to several people from your offices whom were promising to forward same to date nothing have been received.
Best DR that i have ever been too, took my son to Dr Gokhul today at Crompton Hospital , she was my son’s Paediatrician during my delivery , after 5 years took my son back to her she was very excited to meet us again and her rooms are very fascinating for kids and enough play area in the waiting room. Explaining everything in details not rushing very dedicate to what she does. , not leaving her lovely staff behind. I am happy with your services. Thank you
I would like to lodge a complaint again about the unprofessionalism of your agent specifically Refiloe who contacted my mother she can re- call the date but it was recently She was very rude and dismissive when she asked her why the vehicle keeps on increasing after she was told that the instalment will remain to that specific amount that was agreed upon. Mind you my mother is an elderly person who does not understand some terms , her response was are you from SA since you are suppose to know what is repo rate . She eventually took moms file and send it to the blacklisting department of which she was contacted by another agent who informed her that my mother’s file was sent to that department incorrectly as she has been paying correctly Again i humbly request that you take my mother’s file away from Refiloe she has no sense of customer care or customer’s skills. Again my mother contract was re structured but she has never received a new contract. I have send an email request same to date i have not even received your response. Outstanding service from this dealership . I have never been treated with such esteem. I want to take this opportunity and show my gratitude to Nkanyiso who is the sales man from Thekwini Westville Toyota . This gentleman is committed to what he does very accommodating takes enough time to explain the product, very patient with customers making sure we felt welcome. My sister bought a Toyota Quantum on the 17 March 2023. The staff gets along the atmosphere in that work place is amazing, from senior management to their drivers . To their senior management please do continue to treat your staff like family and with such dignity. It was worth passing 2 Toyota dealerships to get to you guys. Keep up the good work guys what you do does not go unnoticed. Riaan from Finance department as well.
