I get a call at least once a week so that they can try and sell me another add-on product. These are a unsolicited I as I have told about diffrent people now I DONT WANT THEM. The guy from this morning even sounded like he was threatening me. Like REALLY guys? If you are so desperate for business rather lower your rates instead of threatening your clients and cold calling them.
What can I say and where do I start? Maybe with that they double billed me with R3718 or it could be absolutely USELESS support agents ( spoke to more than 5 different ones with this issue alone ) or it could be the retentions guy that I needed to say no 4 times to or ( and this was the ultimate ) the horrendously rude billing agent I spoke to, like *** is going on there? Other than that the fiber line worked great.
When it works it works. Sometimes it requires a few phone calls back and forth to sort things out, but 6 months later and I haven't had a single issue with our line :) Well done guys!
This is the best service I have received from any company with regards to an annual service. Like wow, they are pricey, but so is my Renault and I didn't feel nearly as welcome as I did here.
Honestly, I have had enough. This is now month 4 trying to cancel a Telkom land line that hasn't connected in over 6 months. 4 Phone calls, 3 sets of emails and an escalation and I am still receiving my Telkom bill. This is the reason why I use bank transfer and not debit order. BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS! It's as simple as hitting the cancel button on your screen.
