No Response from Bathu when querying order delivery.
I bought a pair of shoes from Bathu just to first test the experience. It was a good experience with the delivery even being made earlier. I have since placed another Order BT534905 for 2 pairs of shoes on the 28th November. I received an email saying that the order had been received and was being processed. No delivery as yet. Since then I have not been able to receive another update. The Track your order is useless. This is what you get: Your order is confirmed You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Order updates You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email. The contact number repeats options 1, 2, and 3 and then just continues repeating them with out transferring to anyone for assistance. With such big advertising for your products, surely your customer service can be a lot better.

tidee, DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THIS COMPANY.
Companies like Tidee should not exist. The owners or whomever created this SCAM company should have no place place in society. Nothing more than a bunch of lying thieves. Disgusted that human beings can stoop to this level. The new norm I guess.

Coleman Properties, lack of delivery.
<div>So, after begging and pleading with our Coleman complex account manager, salaries for our staff have still not been paid. Trevor Coleman, maybe it is time to start delivering. Your company is now on leave so we are unable to reach anyone for assistance to do what we pay you for. No contingency for assistance. We have discussed many issues before with lack of response to emails or even calls which are not returned and requests not actioned. During our AGM chaired by Gerhard, we highlighted this issue and we were told that is it "Well Noted" and will be addressed. Well here we sit again having to manage issues which we pay you to do. To all Complexes, think carefully before appointing Coleman as your managing agents.</div>

Tidee - Be aware when purchasing items.
On the 27th November I requested an update from the Team@tidee.co.za email support on my purchase of an airfryer. After receiving an automated response and nothing further, I checked the websites shipping policy. The following message was returned: We have sold out of our existing stock. Ordering now is a way of pre-ordering or securing a unit from our next shipment, which is currently in the process of being manufactured. It will be shipped to Durban and further distributed by our local couriers. The whole process will take 30-55 days. I once again requested an update but have still not received a response from Tidee. Looks like just another scam site with no after sales service or accountability. If you are looking to purchase, make sure it is not with Tidee.

Ketovatru Capsules - SCAM
I placed an order for some Ketovatru capsules online with ketovatruweightloss.com. The advertised price was R70 and the order notification which I received also indicated this price. ORDER #101971776 DETAILS Ketovatru R 0 Shipping R 70 Your Total R 70 Please note charges will appear from: skinclarcare.com I received a further notification that the amount which would be deducted from my CC would be R1591.83. I requested an explanation from support@ketovatruweightloss.com. Their response was: We are pleased to inform you that we have located your order in our system. It appears that you have purchased Ketovatru and that the purchase price is R 1591.83. When I requested an explanation for the price difference from R70 to R1591.83, I received the following response from support@ketovatruweightloss.com: Your account with Ketovatru has been successfully canceled. There will be no further charges to your account. Since your account was canceled within the Introductory Period, you may keep your 30 day supply. The amount of R1591.83 has since been deducted from my CC and the only response I continue receiving from support@ketovatruweightloss.com is: We assure you that your Ketovatru account has been canceled, and there will be no further charges to your account. However, we are unable to process your refund request online. One of our customer service representatives will call you on the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase 0826533604. If this is not the correct phone number to reach you on, please provide us with an updated phone number so we can call you to discuss your refund request. We apologize for the inconvenience. No one has contacted me yet. Just a warning, if you are thinking of purchasing this product, be careful how you do it. Once again, a very well organized SCAM.

Beware of Christine Bressler and Furthermoreinc.
I previously posted a complaint against Christine Bressler who was selling items through a company called PromoSpecials. As expected with this fraudster, the company does not exist. Through my lawyer, I have since found out that this woman also works for Furthermoreinc and does sales for Sa Vitamins in Kuils River. These are her email addresses. email addresses. ********** ********** ********** My compliant : I placed and paid for an order for 2 x IP Cameras from company Promospecials, contact Christine Bressler on 3 April 2018. I also paid for expedited delivery of the items. My ordered items were not delivered even after many calls and requests to Christine Bressler who informed me that she was sick but promised delivery of my items. Finally after getting my lawyer involved, 1 of the items I ordered was delivered on Friday 11th May 2018. The second item has to date still not been delivered even though she engaged with my lawyer and sent a valid Tracking number. This woman is a fraudster and should not be doing business. I have now opened a case of fraud, theft and racketeering against Christine Bressler. Case 354/05/2018. Your unethical business practices are going to catch up with you Christine.

Promotion Specials - BEWARE.
I purchased 2 CCTV IP Cameras from Promotion Specials email address ********** on the 29th of March. I requested delivery of these items through Fast Way couriers, the cost of this included in the invoice. Sales person was Christine, invoice number 30967. Their business address is 20 Bosman Street, Soneike, Kuilsriver, Cape Town. Until today I have not received my purchased items despite many calls to Christine who promised delivery each time I spoke with her. Her excuse has been that she was sick. Nothing but lies. Beware of doing business with these guys. I will be opening a case of theft against them. I doubt they will even respond on this review. These guys should not be allowed to do business.
