I was informed by my credit provider that I have debit with onair tv. I dispute that because they debit my card monthly and have never missed a payment. I then called onair call center on Tuesday 29 April to request a statement. I have spoken to several people who promised that I will receive the statement the following day , when I call to make follow up every other agent is telling me that she/he is escalating the matter. I can't wait for my contract to come to an end in September. I see here they only reply to good reviews. ****** hypocrites.
I registered and paid my fees on 06 January 2025, and had to make endless enquiries about my study material. I never received satisfactory answer until I decided to deregister. I sent the forms on 25 February and to date, I have not received a response. What kind of business is this. I am very disappointed as I thought DCC is a reputable institution.
I made an online purchase in June, upon making purchase I then realized that the site(merchant) is a ****. I immediately contacted FNB to stop the payment as it was weekend and the payment was still pending. I was then advised that i will be forwarded the forms to dispute that debit. I was also advised that I need to to cancel my card to prevent further debits by the merchants and for FNB to refund me. I have cancelled my card in June and have made several follow ups through email and going to the branch in Braamfontein but to date I don't have any positive answer. I am still waiting for my refund.
I placed an order on the 8th January and paid cash, on the 13th I received a message that my order has been delivered. When I got home, the parcel was not delivered. I called homechoice customer service and was told the matter will be escalated to ***** department. Today 11th April , I called and was given ***** department direct line **********. I made the call and was told that ***** department does not deal with cash accounts. I called customer service and spoke to three different people who put me on hold for more than five minutes and disconnect the call. I received an email that i must send an affidavit stating what happened. I did that on the 12 April to date i have not received any acknowledgement or feedback. I called again today the 20 April and I was sent to ***** department once again. I am really ****ed with this company, all i want is my refund.

I was scammed. I ordered a set of pedestals in January 2021 after the expected delivery date, I started making calls and sending endless phone emails. On several occasions I managed to speak to a guy by the name of Caleb, who assured me that I will get my refund.When I called yesterday 06 May 2021 their phones have been disconnected. The number no longer exist.
I ordered pedestals on the 05th January 2021, its the 22nd February 2021 as I write this review and still I have not received my order. This is the first and last time I am using this website. Poor customer service.
Shoddy work . No value for money. Still waiting for my couches to be fixed and i am not backing down until my problem is resolved.
