Benzal Bricks and Cement are *****S. They wil take your money and not deliver. Promise to pay back and send your a **** Proof of Payment from ABSA BANK. Do not use these guys @ ALL!

I am still waiting for my REFUND. I am now convinced that Benzal Bricks And Cement is RUNNING A *****ULENT COMPANY. I have been waiting for him to deliver my money coz he failed to deliver my cement. He claimed to be at the bank after claiming that my money was refunded. This COMPANY IS *****!!!!!! Pay me back my money NOW

It seems like this company does not exist. We bought cement on Monday and they have gone AWOL. Phones OFF. No delivery yet we paid them CASH for next day DELIVERY!

USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!
Just when I thought our nightmare is over, following my complaint on the 1st of July regarding your useless service, The corpse arrived 15 minutes before the service started, at 7:45. The car transporting the corpse had a tyre puncture etc etc etc. At the end of the funeral, at the graveyard, there was no Grave marker because the driver didnt bring it with her. I called the Chiawelo office, the lady assured me that she sent a driver with the marker, and the driver will take a pic and Whatsapp it to me as as soon as the grave has been marked. Its Monday, after 10am, zero communication. What incompetency is this??? I am utterly disappointed in everything AVBOB. This has got to be the WORST SERVICE in the history of Services for Funeral Parlor. Like I said, im posting this everywhere to alert ppl what nonsese you guys put us thru MXIM! To think i left my details on your website this afternoon to call me and sign me up. Zero contact, but am i surprised, NOPE!!!!! USELESS!!!! We might not even bury our gran on Saturday because of your useless consultants and service. Zero ****s given! I need that Clearance Certificate
I didnt get clearance certificate . 10 Years later this is til haunting me. I withdrew and paid everything off myself. Tuelo who worked there at the time was administaring evertying for me. My old laptop crashed and ive lost almost everything. Im in desperate and urgent need of that letter. Useless STD Bank didnt follow instruction to update my records when instructed by consultants. Years Later Standard Bank hasnt updated their records as instructed
Useless Useless Useless. Years later, after clearing my name, Standard Bank doesnt update their systems even when instruction was sent out by Summit Financial in 2013 by 2 of their consultants. Standard Banks RUINS PEOPLES LIVES. Might loose out on a client because of your useless employees. Mxim

Wrong Account No, need to reverse that money
I deposited money into a capitec account by mistake. I do not know who the owner of this account is. All im asking Capitec to do is to alert their client that money was incorrectly deposited into their account. FNB will do what they need to do on their side but im getting no joy from Capitec. Do I now have to suffer for making a mistake? I am a Capitec account holder and was in the process of converting to them but Im highly disappointed as they clearly do not care about their clients.

FNB Reversal/Recall
It seems like im also going to have a similar problem with my case. Im reading all these experiences regarding sending money to an incorrect account in another bank. FNB doesnt seem to care or their loyal clients and would let us run from pillar to post. I sent a reversal from yesterday and Im hoping you prove me wrong this time round. A speedy response would be highly appreciated before this person from Capitec spends my money. This whole 5 days/30 days turnaround time doesnt work with me yet you take your bank charges. U have the forms, alert Capitec and feedback asap then do your 5/30 day action if I may call it that way. The longer it takes, the person with think its their money when they dont know I've lodged a complaint. Service Request Reference number is 1-3481601641
