Builders Warehouse Refund
It was the 26th of October when Builders reimbursed me for a door. After a week I called to tell them that the money is not reflected in my account only to find out that it has been credited to my profile account. I was advised to complete forms and submit them so the money is credited to my bank account, which was on the 15th of November 2022. Up until today, I do not have the money. My question is why would money that was taken from my banking card be credited to an online profile? I need to use my money now and still, I do not have it and do not have something to buy from them anytime soon.

Absa Zevenwacht
Yesterday I visited Absa Zevenwacht to withdraw and reinvest my fixed deposit. I could not because apparently tellers close at 3 pm. I would like to know what happens to people who are from work in the afternoon? I have to travel again to the bank.

Naked Insurance Claim
After being given a run around by my third party wrt AR no for two months because they wanted to scam me a ridiculous amount. Naked insurance approved my claim without an AR no. I assume they tracked down the third party. Thanks a lot for that. Panel beaters have called to book my vehicle.

Miway Non Compliance to POPIA
I have a personal issue with a person who claims to work for car insurance. My personal issue with her has led her to access my insurance data from Miway systems. She came to my place and told me that I canceled insurance with Miway was canceled because of nonpayment. The information she has regarding Miway about me is shocking. Now from Miway I would love to know why is client information not protected. I thought Miway is a big company that has to ensure abides with the POPIA. How can someone(I don't care even if she is your employee) use my personal information accessed through Miway for personal benefits? I am so disappointed Miway who does not control access to clients personal data.

Vodapay A pp
I deposited R500 into my vodapay wallet on Saturday 20 /11/2021 and Telkom data voucher for R149 on 22/11/2021 using a linked card. The money has not been reflected up until today 25/11/2021. Voda pay consultant Zanele told me to wait up until today because it takes 4 days for the wallet to reflect and 24 hours for the data voucher. Gontse today is telling me to upgrade my voda wallet for the R500 to reflect.

Naked Insurance
I am so disappointed with Naked Insurance. I logged a claim and explained all the parts that need repairs. When I went to collect the car my bumper was not repaired. I sent an email requesting to be called. They have not called me.

Jet Cell Phone Insurance Department
I have cellphone insurance with Jet. Today I went to Zevewacht Edgars to make a claim. It took 40 minutes for the cellphone insurance department to pick up the call. My call was taken by a lady called Ntombi who asked for my details and told me that I am a Jet account holder so I must hold for Jet people and she put me on hold. I was on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes. The lady at Edgars told me that people knock off at 5 pm and I should drop the call and return tomorrow. Jet Cellphone Insurance must respect us we pay monthly, we are not claiming free services. I cannot keep on asking for time off at work to go to Jet and not be helped. They should also change their claiming strategy now a customer cant be going to a store all the time during the pandemic.

Cell C Cellphone Blacklisting
I feel so disappointed that I cannot blacklist my cellphone that has been stolen because I do not have the box for IMEI no. I was advised that if I cannot get the box I must visit the store where I bought the phone after two years. The store where I bought the phone is in EC and I am currently in WC. So this means I cannot claim from my insurance.
