WCED Western Cape Education Department throws my son away!
WCED does not take calls, does not respond to emails, won’t assist in placing my son at a high school. To date he does not have a high school placement for 2026! No one there is prepared to help. What will happen to him???

Could not accurately re-calculate the six month interest free payment plan after bulk return of items, demanded almost full repayment

Unacceptable service
FNB’s scan to pay was not working and they then proceeded to charge me four insufficient declined fees, I eventually had to pay with the card itself, they are now refusing to reverse these fees, it was their computer error yet no one wants to assist me

Cell C incompetence
Cell C now wants to charge me for a number change, this due to the fact that they failed to import my number as was part of the agreement of the contract, outrageous!
