Unhappy Intercape customer
My wife took a bus from Margate to Jhb. They had to change the bus in Durban as the feaces was coming out the toilet so full was it. When they changed busses the driver transferred everybody's personal items of which her charger was missing. When asking the driver he became rude to her. Just past Villiers they got a puncture and she can't talk to me properly as her battery by this time is almost flat. Again the driver is rude and inattentive. I called the customer care to ask for assistance and the lady was very rude, even when I asked her her name she refused to give it. Please everyone do not use this bus service as they do not care about their passengers whom is your family member. We trust them with our loved ones and they just don't care

Bad customer service
My wife took me for a movie for father's day and because it is my birthday. Alinah is the lady that took my money for the tickets. Told her because it is early we will buy snacks when we come to watch the movie. When we came back the ladies that work there by the entrance rudely asked if we have a ticket. I showed her the ticket. We went to the said cashier to buy snacks. Now we had done some shopping for the braai this afternoon. There was raw meat in the bag. RUDELY we were informed that we can't go in with the said bag. She made such a scene that the manager Ntokozo came out. The way that we were made to feel like ********s made me so cross that I asked for a refund

Bad service with 1st for women pet insurance
Took a pet insurance out with them and when I wanted to cancel as I can never get hold of them. Their call center is unapproachable and when you send emails it comes back as the address is not correct. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Resort booking
I saw an adverti*****t on R150 per night by them. When I called to make a booking I was told it's R550 and that they do not adhere to adverti*****ts. Is this also how they treat their customers??
