Cash Crusaders - Jakal Creek I would really like to appreciate the service provide by HELEN LEKALAKALA, she went out of her way to give me what I would say is more than excellent service and people like her give us hope that the world still has exceptional people. I wish something could be done to really appreciate her great service. 10 stars for her, 5 isn’t enough.

I was robbed off R50.00
I was robbed off R50.00 by one of your consultants telling me that the minimum amount needed to purchase electricity on the Wireit website is R150.00, yet I only received a voucher for R100.00. Car not serviced before pruchase
I bought a car that was 122 000 an was not serviced for the 120 000 km, when i tell them they are not helpful. Now this affected my cars ignition, so now I have to get it serviced which i currently don't have the funds for it. The garage is based in Gezina, Pretoria. I am very disappointed with the service as now after just 2 months I'm sitting with a car that doesn't move because of them :(

Paying for airtime I did not use :(
I opted for a R10 emergency airtime which i received. I then bought a mo' nice voice bundle which cost me R8,55.00, I then received a confirmation sms that the bundle has been loaded yet it was not loaded at all. I then called Telkom 3 times and the agent where not even helpful. one of them by the name of Sibongile was very rude to me. Now i am supposed to pay for something i didn't use. This is just Unacceptable from Telkom. I feel that all the agents there should be fired or taught how to treat customers
