Osman optical eco boulevard Centurion is a worse optical ever,I went then for my eye test ,when the test was done they explained to me that I would need multifocal spectacles and they explained the extras which I said I can't afford but I would call my husband to ask if he can pay at that time they were already submitting to medical aid,they didn't even give me a chance to think ,I believe they **** people like that ,after I called them and explained that I won't be able to pay for extras but the receptionist said I should wait for Mr Khan to come back on the 17th June he will call me,he didn't I sent an email ,and called ,promised to be called and he only called on the 19th June insisting I pay for the extras,while the medical aid already paid for the glasses but he said I can't get them if I don't pay for the extras,if your a poor back person don't ever go to that optometrist
In the 24 march i request to close the tax free investment got Reference: 135373980 todate the money has not been paid, I made I follow-up and promised it will be paid within three days no payment todate ,will never again have any policy with them poor service
I have requested to downgrade from a Premier account on the 25th of march 2025 to date the account has not been downgraded I called on the 4th April, they said it will be done not,today they escalated CAS/11720721/B9QM5 ,how is that I have to be bound to this account?

I would like to share my experience with TW Auto at North Ridding,I took my Range rover evoque there after struggling to fix the sensor and being ribbed off by technicians,at TW auto within an hour my car was fixed no more red and yellow signs..thank you very much ,I won't hesitate to take my car there for any problem.
I just changed to standard three months ago ,I have the worse experience of my life ,the customer service centre is defunctional ,the app ,the internet banking worse ,I can't even access my salary except the old fashioned way atm jhoo!I call the call centre will hold for 30 minutes without any help,worse bank ever
Policy number :4002054154,I was applying for a house and the housing finance said my discovery insurence policy is in arrears, I called discovery from Monday the 24th February to provide me with confirm letter that my account is not on arrears, they told me they cant because the debit order for February is not in yet,the 25th after the debit order went through I called spoke to Lefu,he said he cant cos the money is not cleared ,on the 26th I sent an email and received feedback that it has been escalated to finance on the 27th I called servicing department again and spoke to thoko, she said they are still waiting for feedback from finance I requested to be transferred to finance but she said is not possible I have to wait for 48 hours,I think they are unfair mostly because insurance is not a debt I cam cancel anytime and why cant I get monthly statement if is a debt so that it can show the trial of my payment ,their finance is not a person or department they cannot speak to clients for what while iam paying my money to them ,iam busy speaking to another insurence house iam going to cancel
