If I could rate a 0 I would . Got a tracker fitted on my Kia Sonet less than a year ago and have had endless issues . Multiple calls logged for technicians to come through no one follows up . Spoke to a manager Mpho in December who agreed to call in January never bothered to call or secure an appointment . Called again today spoke to Saadika and requested to have a manager call me by 1pm she gets someone from the bookings team to call . I mean Netstar customer service is a joke , on the verge of going to an ombudsman
Good day I am outside your store its 10 minutes pass 9am which is your opening time. Your staff are in the store having a chat and have not opened the store. Why are there operating hours if you are not going to stick to them ? Do stores not value customers time because that is surely unacceptable. Passed 9:10 and no signs of the store opening anytime soon what a waste!
I have recently had an encounter with Cell C phoenix. An agent had fraudulently upgraded my contract. I have referred the matter to Wesley the store manager with no feedback given. I have emailed Cell C customer care as well as ICASA seems like the only way to get help is to get a lawyer involved as Cell C staff are committing fraud and Cell C refuses to help
I have ordered an item 3rd March 2020. Order number 200303-001-0147. I have called more than ten times and that is no exaggeration. I was told I would be either refunded or my item delivered. Clicks online help is pathetic and I would like my matter to be resolved ASAP
I have recieved pathetic service from Vodacom SA.Due to the call centre staff not being properly trained I am now a month in arrears on a contract that Vodacom failed to collect a payment on.If someone at head office could contact me urgently to have this issue resolved urgently.
I have visited the musgrave brand today around 5:15 and the store was closed with a sign that says will be back in 15 minutes.Just to revert back prior to visiting the store I had called AA la Lucia and spoke to the manager who advised me that both stores close at 5:45 which was confirmed more than once.I then get to the store and no one is there and call La Lucia again to ask them what's going on and only to be told by the manager that they stop helping client at 5:30 which my call was made before 5:30 and I was told I might not be helped in a very rude manor.Firstly I think the staff at AA need some serious service training as I come from the banking industry and pride my self on customer service I'm complete appalled by the service and explainations that I recieved .The lady from Musgrave then comes walking towards the store who looks like she had just completed her shopping after me waiting for a while now got absolutely no smile from here and was dealt with in a harsh manor as though she wanted to get rid of me .As I stand in front of her completing the process the manager of La Lucia calls and yells on the phone complaining about me which I could hear because she was screaming at the top of her lungs.Now I don't know if this is AA travels idea of customer service but I'd really like a follow up to this.
