No communication
I have app**** for debt review cancellation and paid 50% of the fees. Today is the 2nd of July 2025. I dont get any feedback nor response from them. Dont respond on my emails nor my whatsapp messages.

No debit order cancellation
Telkom, do you have any competent staff that one can actually speak to? Since when can't you cancel a debit order because you can only pay cash. Every month a 200 rand fine because of this ****. Who is going to pay it? Have to pay 10 days in advance not to get this so called fine. I am busy canceling all my contracts. 4 to go and then I am done with you.

Dishonest
To change my limit from 0 to 500 without my knowledge is blatantly dishonest. Who is going to pay it? Who changed it after I have personally changed it to 0? On your system you can see and that person will have to pay it. ********** 039 contact me. I will in future not upgrade ANY of my accounts because of this dishonesty

Useless incompetent selldirect
Selldirect, you guys are useless. It has been months now and still i am waiting for selldirect to rectify an account. You have sent your courier in MAY 2018 to collect. 21 working days to rectify the account. Still waiting. And yet the non existent stuff are being paid every single month. Will you take money from your parent that is only getting a pension and is 72 years old? No you wouldnt. But as long as you are getting commission you are happy. Sort your rubbish out. ********** 617

Ripping pensioners off
So you call my father in law that is 73 hard of hearing . He is just saying yes but does not hear a word. You send him 2 mifi routers and a cell phone. After cancelling this and you arrange for collection no one pitched. He waited the whole day. But that isnt all. You cancell his current sim cards wich he is paying for and now it is his problem to re activate it. This month he has to pay a huge bill for these mifi's. Because this is cancelled your telesales are rude to him. Sort this out please. + ********** 6617
