Placed an order with them and it seems they are Running a ****!! the previous owner has " LEFT THE COUNTRY" but the bank account is still active. Placed an order on the 18th it's the 7th and still no product.!! Phoned the ***** departments at NEDBANK and they confirmed that the account is flagged. If you are urgently looking for a printing company don't use Tandym or WEBPRINTER because these two companies are related... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE EXCUSES UPON EXCISES. They hide behind emails, and even their team members are not aware of what is going on. Placed an order on the 18th it's the 7th today, and still no product. After numerous follow-ups one after the other problems arose and ( 0 ) was fixed...STAY AWAY !!! I'M WARNING YOU GUYS!!!
DONT BUY aything from the company... Owner gives you the run around Bought a laptop from this guy He made a post on facebook and i asked him if this was still available and they responded yes..(TRAP 1) once you confirm that you are willing to meet he then calls and says that they don't have anything more instock. This is where the running up starts...first he tries to sell me something way out of my budget and then he comes with a story.I said to him that i was looking for a laptop simular to the one in the picture i ended uo with a laptop written in german.. On first glace everything looked fine but when i got hom to het the laptop on charge...and i had a better look at it i knew this was not going to work as it was written in german...i immidiatley phoned the buyer and informed him of this and that out company was buying one for our accoubts lady and that the german buttons will not work..i requested a swop out and that never happend just got the run around...i requested a refund and once again story after story and nothing happend.. The laptop was in my control for less than 4 hours and i was wanting a refund..owner used the money and could not pay me back now he has gone Quite and he does not get back to me. Dont Buy ANYTHING from these people.
DodGY and Sneaky whay of doing business. I wanted a dedicated server but when you click on dedicated server packages open. It give you prices and it shows you what is all included. I clearly says that you can host multiple domains but it conveniently left out that being able to do that you need to additionally purchase an R800 per month license but in the packages the stats that you can host it. Nowhere does it say the package does not come with Cpanel they make it look like it does seeing as you can host multiple websites? Terrible service, trying to get an additional R800 out of me with their dodgy way of doing business. No thank you don't want to chat to people that do business in this manner. my 5c STAY AWAY if things start like this imagine the service you'll get afterwords
WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY !! CANT BELIEVE THE SERVICE WE RECIEVED ITS AN ABSOLUUT JOKE!!! ARTWORK IS ALWAYS LATE AND IF NOT LATE ITS Wrong They waste Days on end getting 1 layout right and having us miss deadlines. Orders was Submitted last week and now we are being told that it is not going to happen this year...we will have to wait until next year but they where quick to except our money!!! up hills for days with this company

CANT Believe the service we recieved at Barno. I wont recommend them to anyone and in fact their quotes for that matter is so misleading that its impossible to even make out for the sales Manager.. I spoke to the sales lady and i mentioned to her exactly what i needed and the quote states what i need, but at the bottom it mentioned another product that know one understands but the internal people them selves. Litlle heads up guys: Quotes need to be structured in a manner that everybody can understand not just you. also your sales people needs to listen what the client says and not confuse everybody while doing so. This is leading to a los of our profit as i spoke to the sales lady and explained to her exactly what i needed from her.... if she quoted it in a way that is misleading or creates a mis presentation then you have to go back to the drawing board and restructure the way you do quotes.. The client is always right and unfortunately you have to give us the price on your quotes if it was misleading. Even after i explain to the lady what i needed ANYWAY WONT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Which i could give them no stars SHOCKING SERVICE SHOCKING Firstly, they have a receptionist that protects the sales people from taking orders...they she supplies me with the wrong email address, i had to follow up more than twice to place an order. Once the order was finally placed i got told we have loads of stock in the ladies but the mens stock was out... i eventually made a plan and ordered the stock else where knowing i have a deadline... then i phoned in this morning once again reaching the receptionist ( to my surprise i got told that one of the sales people will phone me back) and then she put down the phone When the sales lady phoned me back she said that they now have no stock in the ladies after i have been chatting to them for two days...and they know it was urgent as i told the lady i need the garnets asap.... my client has paid me for the golfers and now she is making their stock issues mine giving me inaccurate information and misleading me into thinking that there is enough stock when they don't have accurate figures in front of them... DONT USE THESE PEOPLE..... THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS WHEN YOU PLACE ORDERS UNDER R3000 SHOCKING WONT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN AND WILL MOST SERTANLY EXSPOIT THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND PLATFORMS SO EVERYBODY KNOWS THE SHOCKING SERVICE AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE THEIR PROBLEM IS NOW HIS PROBLEMS SHOCKING
Wish I can give them no star because they don't deserve a star Service is shocking, misleading and now one seems to know what is happening !!!! Credit department reverses your credit after you hand in your returns and don't notify you you'll just one day here you have no credit left. Phoned in a couple of times asking what is going on , when one lady says you have R890 rand credit down from 4 k then the next morning I have 290 credit left then I have 7 k worth of credit... Credit is being used for couriers without your approvals, sales staff is putting through orders and using your credit with out notifying you, even after you told them to pay the credit out, because of issues like this . Artwork approvals takes over a week even though you have sent them layouts. When you ask them about it no one takes it as priority and pushes you until they can find time. Orders are late and 90% of the time wrong... after approvals. This company has lead to other companies blaming us for orders that are wrong when they themselves require approval on artwork. I mean how can artwork be wrong when its been approved?? service is no existing and they don't care about their clients.. PS its winter they have no stock available and if they do ( 10 units or we have stock but no small no medium or we have stock 5 units but only in black its a constant struggle.. What a joke not recommended
