They changed my OTP to my email 2 years ago and now the OTP doesn't come to my email anymore
They changed my OTP to my email 2 years ago and now the OTP doesn't come to my email anymore. My account is blocked, my card is blocked and now I cannot access anything. I need access so I can pay my account and no one rep**** to my email or can call me. They say I must call the international number but my sim doesn't allow it. It's frustrating to go through this again!

SA METAL MAKING OUR LIVES A LIVING HELL FOR YEARS!!!
Us residents in Wetton have been email and phoning for years about SA Metal in Wetton! We are unable to blady live in our houses/roads for years and it is getting worse. Gangsters threatening residents after telling them to not park in front of our gates or congregating in resident roads. SA Metal has been put in the wrong area and should be at THE BACK of the industrial area and not by houses! I'm sick and tired if this. I don't care who the hell they are paying to stay there, SORT THIS OUT PLEASE! Can't believe how crime as increased exponentially and how housing prices have fell since this *** business has been here! Now, this is the last time we will send any messages!

YOU SIGNED FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUSINESS THERE AND WORMED YOUR WAY INTO A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN'T EVEN MOVE OUT THEIR DRIVEWAYS. Abroad and cannot change my registered number
Hello I'm abroad and my sim card doesn't work anymore. I contacted Capitec and explained my situation. I told them I'm abroad and my sim card doesn't get signal anymore, I cannot receive sms and I would like to change my cell number on my account. They responded and said that it cannot be done and that I need to visit my nearest branch. Really?! What awesome customer service!!! FNB changed my registered number to my abroad number and added my email to receive OTPs. Why can't Capitec do the same?! Really disappointed!

FNB Blocked My Account While I'm Abroad!
FNB Blocked My Account While I'm Abroad! I left SA in June to work overseas and informed FNB about it. Everything was working fine, until end of September. They blocked my account and said I need to verify it. I emailed them and they responded to say it is not blocked. I emailed back and they never responded. I sent a follow-up email and still nothing after a week. Cannot log into the account via the website or log into my app. And I cannot send any money! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I've been with FNB since 2012/3 and I cannot believe this! Definitely going to cancel my account and go with another bank.

WORST PLATFORM
WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND BIDORBUY! Get told in December/January that they hold your money until the seller shows proof that the goods were delivered ... then when you buy from a verified seller, get ****med, then get told that they never said that and no phone records can be pulled up where that was said. Basically saying I made all that up out of nowhere. 16k spent!!! and get 5k back after months of up and down stuff. 5k!!!!! 2 orders, one verified seller...5k return! Please do not waste your time with this company, I will forever tell everyone my story and spread the word on their awesome service 🙄 Please note - this is a company that has expensive items on their platform. Imagine paying someone 96k for a watch and they run away. Would you be happy with your 5k refund???

Mcdonalds in plumstead has the worse service ever! I am utterly disgusted! The manager ignores you, the staff doesnt give a flying **** about you. After 30mins of standing by the counter, I had to ask if we are getting served! Then i have to wait almost 20mins for our order! They are the ****est McDonalds I have ever experienced! There wasnt even tomato sauce, it was empty abd had no cups! I miss overseas just for this moment. Please please, pretty please! Someone sort out McDonalds SA!!!!!!
