I sent my volvo to CMH Volvo Silverlakes to be repaired because the transmission had a minor glitch. The next day I was called and told that my engine had a major problem. The lady gave me a quotation for R100 000 my goodness. She told me that I'm driving a GEARTRONIC. is now a crime for black people to drive volvo's? I took my vehicle to Joburg to have it checked, when I arrived in joburg I was told my transmission had to be flashed and it will require a transmission oil only. My car was fixed at Joburg for only R80000. I feel that in Pretoria ****** is the order of the day, for black people who owns certain brands. I will never set my foot again at CMH Volvo Silverlakes.

Bad terrible experience, very unreliable staff. Royal Funeral services should up their standard. We handed our claim in time, later we are called and we were told that one of their personnel deliberately did not submit our claim. This is a shocking a kind of service that we get. They didn't care if we were going to use the money. We buried our dependent. in great shock that Royal staff members did not even made an update, to ask us if we were paid or not.
On the 09/05/2021 at about 11:30 I arrived in to your branch at Tramshed, Cnr Pretorius and Van Der Waldt, just get a Mcflurry and Plain Sundae. My order set on the waiting list for 5 minutes, without any explanation. When I requested to speak to the store manager, the store manager was not there but only shift manager Christina was available. I asked Christina why do they have to provide such Hideous service, she told me to report her and she left me on the counter with a bad attitude. She was never apologetic or what so ever. She was very rude and she has no respect for the business and for her position. Guys the stander has dropped at your stores and this is not the first time this happened at the same store. What happened the culture of Mistry shopper at the stores? Now people they behave is they like not adhering the culture of the business. I would Like Christina to dealt with, consequence management must take course, so that she must know how to respect her work and she must know what is she hired for. and also what time does store managers have to report on duty? I'm shocked even now that McDonald has a tendency to appoint such people as managers.
Good day I'm really having a serious concern with how FNB Housing is charging us. I have noticed a very steep increase on my bond. This is very funny because, my monthly installment is R3400 but I pay R3700. My balance is rising every month by a R1000, so this means that I'm not paying my bond according to FNB. Really I need to know as to how came every month I pay but my installment is on negative? The sad part is that I never skipped a single payment for the 5 years since i had this bond. Really I regret using FNB as my financier for my bond house. Really now everything that has been said that FNB is inflating interest on black people now its a fact. I'm switching my bond next year and thanks FNB for a pleasant rip off.
I would like to know as to why the SA Post Office gave us their contacts but they don't even bother picking up? I'm trying to trace my parcel that has been stuck at JIMC A, for a week now. can someone tell me as to why this package is not yet released?
