I am writing this to warn others about the abysmal service (or lack thereof) from Stage Zero. My solar system was partially installed on 9 February. Because they lacked battery stock, the system was left incomplete. On 17 February, they emailed to confirm batteries were in stock. We are now at 7 March, and despite my constant follow-ups, the installation remains unfinished. While Stage Zero has confirmed they won't start billing until the installation is complete, that is cold comfort when I am still sitting in the dark during load shedding/outages. I didn’t sign up for a rental to have a decorative inverter on my wall; I signed up for energy security, which they have failed to provide for nearly a month. The internal communication at this company is non-existent: • Consultants have no idea what is happening. • Managers provide no answers or timelines. • They have the stock, yet they refuse to finish the job. If this is how they treat a new customer during the installation phase, I hate to think what their maintenance or repair service is like. I strongly recommend going with a provider that actually values your time and follows through on their word. Stage Zero: Stop the excuses and start taking accountability
MiWay Insurance. Angeline Mbatha was excellent in her customer care and her assistance in getting us a tow truck this evening. My car didn’t want to start which put us in a flat panic, but Angeline’s calm and reassurance on the phone reminded us we are in good hands. 10/10 to Angeline and the MiWay team. Also a big shout out to Success from First Help who towed my car home safe and sound. What a gentleman. Thank you all and God bless you 🙏
Went to Pines Resort Saturday 24 February 2024. What a beautiful day. We arrived early enough to grab the perfect spot. Friendly staff and lifeguards. Restaurant clean and not badly priced. The ladies toilet could be a bit more clean and they could fix the broken toilet seats & cistern covers. Having a cleaner go into the loo's every half hr just to mop up, flush toilets and top up tissue paper will make a world of a difference. As the day progressed the resort did get full, but not overcrowded. Overall experience 9/10. It helped that we read the rules and regulations before going so we were fully aware of what we could and could not do. Knowing opening and closing times also gave us the opportunity to make the best of a full day of fun. Highly recommend if you looking for a day of fun with your family. Well done to the staff, keep up the good work.
#BlackFriday It really is a Black Friday when Renault is not able to assist client queries. Trying to get some assistance as to why my Kwid has a sudden loss of power whilst driving which could cause serious accidents and no technicians are able to assist. What bad service is this? Renault would rather me have a #DeadFriday or #AccidentFriday before helping.
MiWay Insurance. Mamelang Kotlolo was absolutely amazing. She understood the need for privacy as I am not allowed calls during office hours. Assured me that an agent will contact me later when it's convenient for me. The MiWay agents are really great to work with. They are the best
They are THE BEST insurance company to deal with. Had a chat first to Siphiwe who then transferred me to Tumelo. Soooo professional and understanding. They honestly do make you feel like part of the family. Would highly recommend everyone to insure with MiWay
I would not recommend them for 1st time home buyers. Their sales pitch I admit for the 1st viewing is on point. BUT Once you sign that OTP it's all downhill from there. Always an excuse for a 2nd viewing. A 2nd viewing give you the chance to check what needs to be fixed by the current owner. No customer communications / service through the whole process. 1st Time buyers have to figure all this out for themselves. You find yourself referring to friends and family to find out what is it exactly you are signing are agreeing to, yet your friends and family are not getting their agents commission. No help from agents at all. When you eventually move into your new home, firstly you not handed over all the door keys. Damages in the home is covered up by previous owner and not disclosed (no wonder why they don't respond to requests for 2nd viewings). No response from e-mail sent to Sales Manager. It's like once they have your signed OTP that's money confirmation in their pocket so they don't care afterwards. Yes they for sure tell you that once you sign that OTP that you are liable for their commission if you cancel the deal, but they fail to let you know ALL the damages that come with the property which.

I bought a Renault Kwid in March 2018. The car is just over a month old. After about 2 weeks of use the breaks started squeaking. I called Renault and they advised that it was a new type of break that is used in the car and it does squeak. Needless to say I was not happy with this response. After driving the car for a month the squeaking got very bad so we took the car in. The guys shaved the brakes hoping this would solve the problem but it didnt. Having squeaking brakes could lead to faulty brakes and major accidents and all Renault can say is it is the type of brakes used. Is making money off the Kwid more important than the drivers safety?
