Good News! MTN corrected my data expiry date to correct date. So when MTN says 30 days use for data, it is. They have my trust again and is happy with their service.
MTN themselves robbing Clients. Bought DATA on MTN app .Made4U 30 days 10GB DATA 23 Nov 2023 .So clearly the deal is for 30 days of use. So 23 Dec 2023 would be the last day. Accept MTN app states 10 December, thereby robbing me of 13 days use. Spoke to MTN call center . I ask them the question if DATA would last 30 days and they confirmed. Even logged a ref number. By 30 Nov app DATA expiry date still not fixed. spoke to 3 people ,they say they cant see suddenly that I bought any 10 GB at all on their system .This while I I am busy using it and have 6.35 GB left according to their app. So yes MTN is committing ******* on a large scale. I think someone must ask Carte Blanche to investigate how big this really is. How many other people are even looking at their expiring date and wrongfully trusting MTN? Took Screenshots as well Don't trust them

So apparently Loot want to charge me to send the projector back to me after they failed to tell the supplier what was wrong, after giving Kevin detailed e-mails explaining that Acer projector c202i can't be switched on, on the battery alone. (it have a built in battery, exactly why it was bought in the first place. Any place, any time) ,while (even fully charged) .Kevin also failed to supply me with details of repair and contact details of technician ,so all of this could have been avoided. It have to be plugged in ,switched on and then removed to work. Not to mention I phoned Acer. They confirmed that this product's battery works like a cellphone, can be charged, put in your pocket and switched on any place.
After realizing the new projector I just bought that is suppose to work on a battery does not do so .I phones Loot. Kevin told me no problem will they take it back and replace it .Four weeks later still not sorted. Kevin from returns and the rest of managers is working apparently from home. No cellphones either apparently. Not to mention phoning loot and the phone just rings.
Want to thank the Store Manager from Woolworths Plattekloof. There was a limited edition product I saw there.Went to by it the next day and was sold out. She was kind enough to check on the system and phone stores to find me one in Canal Walk.Very friendly,helpful .Made my day to see someone this professional.
Was not super fast,but I got the flashdrive I ordered. Unlike Takelot that take your money and then cancel your order because they never had strock for you to begin with.So very happy with Loot
Ate twice last week at Nikos.Once with my wife and mother-in-law and with my sister for her birthday.Friendy service from all involved and great food.Very happy.People said they are also going back there.
So Black Friday came and with it Cyber Money. So I needed a Sandisk Dual drive for work purposes. Takealot seemed to be the answer. Close in case of problems with a high capacity drive and of cause a good price. Stock would be 2-5 days away. So I trusted them and ordered it. The days went past. Seen numerous other places in the mean time that also had stock and for a good price, but was content with my choice of place to spend company money. So the account showed order ready for collection approximately 7th December. No update Saturday . No update Sunday the 8th. Monday I received a E-mail that my order have been cancelled. Supplier did not have stock when I ordered it apparently. That I found out after I phoned them. Great service, funny how Takealot sell things that their website says they have, but don't. I worked in IT retail for 10 years. If a supplier did not have stock I would know strait away. Phoning suppliers or by email I had the answer 2 days max. Takealot tasks a week to figure out their supplier does not have stock. Great communication Takealot. I get the feeling I might not be the only one. Adriaan
