3rd time writing this review. Absolutely awful quality product I bought. Do not support them or this will happen to you as well. After warranty was finished started to give problems. An absolutely waste of my money. So sorry I ever bought it! Awful!
Do Not Buy This Tablet!!! This is the 2nd time I am writing this review as the first one was removed because Rugged SA asked to have it removed. Instead of apologising for there pathetic quality product, they go about removing honest reviews! The tablet has software issues. Glitches and takes extremely long to start up. Awful tablet I have had it for a long time now but the issues started after the warranty expired 12 months down the line! Do not buy!
Very disappointed in the food. I ordered the ribs and it was awful. When I saw how small the portion was for 500g and the price I was so surprised. Even the burgers we ordered was mediocre. It was the first time eating there and I have no idea what the hype was about. Will definitely not be eating there again.
I bought my Chuwi Tablet more than a year ago and I really thought this brand was going to be a keeper but its not. For the amount of money I paid I am so disappointed , it has very limited capability and the software does not update anymore. Do not waste your money buying this product it is completely trash. It glitches and takes forever to go on.
I bought something in a game and i never received the item I purchased. I then immediately got two deductions on my bank account. I contact Microsoft store support and the consultant was friendly. She said they would gladly process my refund. I filled out the application for it and then received an email confirmation. Only 2 days later I received a no you will not be refunded!! So you basically STOLE my money. I dont care what terms you have I never got my item and its your fault so give my money back!
As a loyal customer for years it saddens me to have experienced such a pathetic level of service from this company. I purchased a Revlon Curling iron from there store and at the Till point I asked the chashier if I may return the item if I'm not satisfied with it and she said yes. If she was unsure she should have confirmed with her supervisor or Manager. I then used the Curling iron but it did not curl my hair right. So I returned it within the cooling off period. I was then told by the manager they cannot refund it as I used the product and nothing is wrong with it. There returns policy states this. The customer care department I called was also not able to help me. I checked my till slip and NO WHERE does it make mention of a terms and conditions or return policy. I even checked the website also nothing....so please I now need to fight with this company because they couldn't train their staff properly. If the cashier had first asked the Manager I would not have bought the item if I had know there exact policy. But no where was the policy even explained or give to me to accept. Disgusting absolutely not at all customer satisfaction.
