Frustrating lack of communication
I ordered two custom mugs from The Gift Factory. I never received confirmation that my order was received. You have to send proof of payment in advance. I never received a response to my e-mail. I phoned them the next day to check if they received it, and only then did I receive an invoice. A few days later I sen't another e-mail asking when I can expect delivery.... nothing, so I phoned the following day and asked the same question. They said I would receive "next week" Waited till next week and still nothing, send another e-mail... No response, then another phone call and was told that the order had been dispatched. I asked for a tracking number, and they said they would send it to me.... NOTHING!!! I did eventually receive my mugs two weeks later, but the frustration is definitely not worth it!!! I would never recommend these people, I don't know how they are in business.

Absolutely no response to e-mails, phone not answered. I don't think the company exists any more.

Fraudulent Pool leak detection company
I think this company is a fraud. They spent 2 hours at my property with a special machine and a syringe with red dye in it trying to find the leak in my pool, but they could not find anything. I subsequently had the **** re-fiberglass, and when it was drained there were numerous holes in the fiberglass. Since the pool has been re-done, we are not losing water anymore. Their website looks very comprehensive and impressive, reiterating that they are not fraudsters, but I disagree.

Wonderful Catering Company
The food was really good, delivered on time, with instructions on how and when to light the burners. Price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible, non-existant service for visa application
My husband tried to use this company to apply for a US visa on my behalf. He sent numerous e-mails with forms and questions and not once did anyone get back to him. Finally after weeks of trying, I decided to try apply online myself, only to find out that the first date available for an interview was in a months time... 2 weeks before we are supposed to travel! There is no guarantee that my visa will be processed in time.
