An upgrade was done on one of my numbers without my knowledge and consent. iI found out when trying to cancel the number. Now vodacom keeps giving me the run around. They have no-one i can speak to to sort this out. They say I must mail and then nothing comes from it. It was done by their online division likeminds . This is ridiculous.

The sales staff give one heck of a pitch. Don't believe it. if 20 percent was true it was alot. there is absolutely NO followup on complaints. It is as if they just don't care if your equipment works or not the contract is signed so tough luck. I have emails to show my constant complaints and one or two to show them acknowledging the problem but absolutely NO solutions. I put in a request on Monday for a technician to come to setup the after hours recording at work and they would let me know when this would be still nothing. Faulty equipment checked by technician dated 17 May 2018 only acknowledged yesterday after I constantly phone the salesman. Previous contract with other company was to be cancelled by them as promised by salesman, not done. REALLY!!!! Would not recommend this company at all regret moving over to them.
