We bought a speaker a month ago, we charged it twice. on the second charge, the charging unit literally collapsed inside. we went back to the store with the speaker to seek assistance but the staff just plain out told us there's nothing they can do because it was fiddled with. What I didn't appreciate was that, I expected the product to be taken in for investigations first before being dismissed. It simply gave me the impression that whatever you buy at cash Crusaders is at your own risk!
I must say I'm a great checkers fan, however for some time now I've been buying hot cross buns from checkers and have been noticing that they feel like the raisins were not properly washed, there are 'sandy' and stodgy. I love checkers and I love hot cross buns, I just wish they could do better. Thank you
Thank you Tekkie Town Mahikeng for resolving my matter, thank you for your time and effort. Much appreciated
I am really unimpressed with the service at Tekkie Town Mafikeng. I bought sneakers a couple of months ago which I had to exchange for a smaller size which was R100 cheaper. Instead of getting my R100 back, I was refunded in a firm of a voucher and was told I could use at anytime. I few weeks later I went to lay buy another pair, then I was told I couldn't use the voucher at that point but only when I was collecting, fast forward to collection day........ You can't use a voucher in a lay buy. When I asked what I should do with the voucher, I was told to find someone who would use it and give me R100. I am really unimpressed with this store.
Debited my account for more than the premium we agreed on after I cancelled their services.
