Temu is misleading people with their free gift campaign I've invited a lot of people it keeps on going to the same circle when I thought I needed the last person it went from 1 to 0.01 kept on inviting people it went to 50 and went down to 1 against now it went back to 0.73 their I misleading people to do their free marketing at least if they let you finish the task I've received them previously it wasn't like the **** they are doing now completely day wasted doing free marketing for them it's not easy to hassle people urging them to download their app and follow the instructions and get nothing
Someone mistakenly sent me Bitcoin cash to a Bitcoin address I've been waiting for Luno to recover my funds since mid January when I gave them a go ahead of recovering my funds and deduct the requested fee now I've been watching my money depreciating on blockchain every day and they've been sending me same messages telling to be patient their relevant department is handling my issue and the will update me as soon as there's any updates it is so painful losing my money this way it's like a torture to me watching my money decreasing every day and I'm helpless because I don't have private key and the seed phrase since Luno doesn't give out that to their clients sweeping fund from blockchain shouldn't be taking this long I have an emergency that I need this money for but I have to wait forever
I made a purchase and returned the item since it wasn't for my car I received and email that refund has been credited to my account but there's nothing I contacted them several times no response I chose my refund to be credited so I can make another purchase
I really don't know what to say now since they assured me to resolve my issue a month ago but I have been receiving the same response over and over again each time I contacted them their relevant team is been working on it I've been patient for too long each day I wake up hoping will find money in my wallet I really don't understand how long I will have to wait now since they hasn't given me any time frame I just go to blockchain every morning only to see my Bitcoin decreasing

I really don't when Luno is willing to assist me or when my money is finished since it keeps on decreasing my money was $800 now is sitting on $680 they keep on giving me the same response each time I contacted them this is really sad to me I worked hard for that money it wasn't an investment to watch it depreciated over time
I'm really tired of reporting FNB for their incompetence and delusional system I'm using easy account my account is sitting on -R750 for the debit of a service I've cancelled with MWEB FNB does that to their customers so they can charge penalty fee I've never asked FNB to take of my unpaid services the debit should bounce if no funds in the account I was expecting money now I have to contact the sender to change the details to the different bank because of their incompetence
I am so disappointed of Luno they promised to assist me regarding my query been waiting for weeks again since December I contacted the they had feed back about my query I gave them a go ahead and deduct the fee we discussed no my money is still sitting on blockchain and keep on decreasing
