Turns your dream into a nightmare
Do not use this builder in St Helena Bay, he takes your dream and turns it into a nightmare. A house that he estimated would take 4 months, took much longer. He let me believe that my home would be ready by December, I had my move from Jhb planned, only to find out 2 weeks before that it wasn't going to be ready. I had to find a rental during the holiday season. From installing tiles and showers incorrectly, to loose roof sheets, and concrete flooring bubbling up.

Your service sucks
Order Number: 107130127096 The product stated shipped on the 20/07 the product only arrived on the 24/08 after I asked for the product to be cancelled and my money refunded during the 5 week waiting period. I sent the product back with the courier on the day of arrival. My money has still not been refunded! I have contacted Mr. Price Sport numerous times via email, Mr. Price App and via your call centre with no help whatsoever.

Woolworths - pathetic service
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A STORE OR ONLINE ORDER STORE!!!!!!!!!!! I am still awaiting my refund of a parcel that I never received. I spoke to “Welson” on 14 September 2020 who would have phoned me back the same day- IT NEVER HAPPANED !!!!!!!!! The I spoke to Samantha on 17 September 2020 who called by I was in a meeting – NEVER PHONED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. I want the money to be refunded to me immediately.

Good day, I am writing about my recent Home affairs interaction. I went to apply for my ID card but when I arrived I was told that I need my ID book (nowhere on the website does it say this). I went back a second time (this time ready with my ID book) and was told that I need to remove my facial piercings. I managed to remove 99% of them only leaving a small little nose ring that I could not remove without assistance. The consultant then told me that I cannot continue with my ID card application as this small nose ring was a “facial obstruction”. On the size of the black and white picture the small nose ring won’t be visible. Please can I see where it states that a nose ring is a facial obstruction?

Imagine Cruising - do yourself a favor and don't book a holiday through them
I booked a cruise with Imagine cruising and then my parents decided to join me. We stated numerous times that we will be traveling together. When we received our hotel vouchers we were booked in two different hotels 7km from each other. The customer service lady fought tooth and nail that it wasn't their fault, they pulled telephone recordings etc. only to establish that we did ask to be together. Arriving in Rome at 5AM but we can only book in at 2PM after a 12hour flight just shows you that the consultants have never travelled abroad in their life. I contacted the customer service team where they told me that it's a "normal" thing to only book in after 2PM. Surely as a travel consultant you would make another plan for your guests? After trying to get a bus in Rome I then realized that I didn't receive the bus tickets and once again had to contact Imagine Cruising. A holiday is supposed to be a relaxing experience but instead you are waiting for the next thing to go wrong thanks to Imagine Cruising SA and their bad service.
