I signed up for the R49 per month disney plus promotion. The debit order went out fine for two months but this month Disney plus claims to have tried to debit my account 3 times and now canceled my subscription saying that the transactions declined and there was probably no funds available. There was more than enough funds in my account and I now checked with my bank they have confirmed that there is no declined transactions on my transaction history and it would have show if it did decline.
I upgraded my account from a fusion aspire account to a premier fusion account more than two weeks ago. i received my new cheque account card in that same week n have been waiting for my credit card. i sent numerous messages on the FNB app and get told different thing by different people and i was told that i will be contacted by the courier company for delivery withing 3-5 working days, its been way more than this and i still do not have my card. my other query is with regard to my kids linked FNBY account card, i have queried why he reflects as linked under family however is not showing as linked when i check under my eBucks lever as it should increase my points, again i didnt get a proper reason. also it should have been linked and we both recieve kauai and wimpy benefits but yet again got some silly reason as to why. Please assist as i am tired of going from pillar to post and have not had acredit card for 3 weeks now. ID number : 910910 0255 082
As a loyal customer of Rain for the past 5 years I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I was not going to be at home for a month and I visited the Rain store twice in May 2025 to seek advice and I was told that i could disconnect my device and not use it for the month and then come back to the store after the month to have the invoice credited so that I wouldn't have to pay for services since I didn't use it for that month. I was told that by two different employees however when I went in on Friday 27 June 2025 I was informed that they cannot credit the account and I will have to pay for the month of June even though I did not use the device Rain is month to month and I did not use the device for an entire month so why should I be paying for this services. Misleading loyal customers leads to us leaving and using other service providers. I would like my June 2025 bill to be credited... My account number is 50099011
I called in August to have my contract cancelled... consultant RW_cakas001(thats the name i was given now) said that it was cancelled but in actual fact no cancellation was put through instead they just changed my plan to a cheaper one when i clearly asked for it to be cancelled . i refuse for them to charge me for services i never requested. kindly have the recording reviewed and refund my money.
I am really disappointed that ecr has stolen my hard earned money which I put into their "ecr wallet". Money should have been refunded and not "forfeited " when you decided suspend the wallet. This is daylight robbery I demand a refund of my money!
I applied for covid relief for my car payment of R2500 a month. This should amount to approximately R7500. Recieved a "relief" of over R8100 (loan). I'm not sure if interest was added in for the year which is not fair as I planned to pay it off within a few months. Also the debit order still came off my normal account so what do I owe this R8100 for??? I want to cancel this so called relief before using it.
I feel it very unfair that I am asked to pay over R700 to change my tracking device to a live track device just because I am an existing customer and this device is given free of charge to all new customers as of December 2017. Why must i pay almost the same premium as a new customer who gets the benefit of having a live track device and access to the app when I don't. I either get the live track device installed for free or a get a reduction in my monthly premium as this is very unfair.
