I ordered a power bank with a solar charging unit. The solar charging function worked for a week and then it stopped charging on the solar function. I sent it back, it took two weeks for them to tell me that the supplier tested it and the unit does charge using the solar charging function, they then returned it to me and guess what, the unit has been in the sun the entire day today and no Charge has been possible using the solar panel function. I will never use one day only to order anyrhing ever again.
Unfortunately it seems I have been a victim just like every other person on here. They take your money, let you know a few days later that they don't have stock and that you will be refunded which never happens. How is it possible for an o line business to keep operating like this without any recourse at all. So messed up.
I specifically registered on netflorist and I ordered a 12 lilac roses for my partner to be delivered on valentines day, they didn't make delivery on the 14th and then delivered the wrong items on the 15th, I immediately contacted them and I was advised that the wrong items would be collected and the correct ones delivered. On the 16th still the problem hadn't been corrected, I called them again and told them that I was requesting a refund due to this being two days past valentines day and that they still hadn't corrected their mistake. Today is the 18th and I had to call them again to find out what the progress of my refund is, and to my dismay my refund request hasn't even started because they still haven't made any effort to collect the wrong items that were delivered. I will never use netflorist ever again.
If you have had a bad experience as I have with this company, I did not receive what I paid and ordered and I am still waiting for the refund I was promised and nothing is happening now. Please what'sapp me on 0763915819 if you would like to send my attorney an affidavit of your experience we can collectively try to get some resolve, I have had an equally bad experience and been promised a refund etc and still nothing. We want to take this further and proceed with a legal claim against the company and the owner.
I have had a really bad experience with this business and Their representative named Kyle and I see many other have. I ordered a self defense blank gun weeks ago, the customer service was terrible to say the least, I requested a refund after the original estimated delivery time went over, I got no response to my emails, it then took me another few weeks of back and forth not getting any response to my queries to eventually get some delivery details. I got back from holiday this past weekend and found my package waiting only to open it up and find that it's firstly not what I ordered and paid for and secondly the extra pepper rounds and extra blanks weren't even in the package. This service has been really poor I hope that this might spark some action for the company.
I ordered and paid for a blank firing pistol and extra pepper rounds and extra blank rounds, the emailed I received shows I paid for a sig Sauer compact replica. After struggling to get my order I finally received it and it wasn't the pistol I ordered and I didn't receive the extra rounds I ordered either. Unacceptable service.
Bad experience with getting my key deposit back. Was told three weeks ago the unit is in order and been inspected, was told the deposit is being released, after numerous communication to enquire why it hasn't been paid to me the last three weeks, I am being told now that there is an issue and the deposit is being withheld. I suggest using other agents.
