I purchased a wolf edge trimmer on a black friday deal in November from picknpay hyper. I used it no more than 7 times and it stopped working,I took it back to picknpay to have it repaired as it was still under warranty. I got a call from customer care from picknpay telling that wolf will only repair it at a cost which is higher than I even bought it at. This is shocking from wolf,do they expect me to wrap their wolf trimmer in cotton wool and use it? Shocking service from wolf
If I could give minus 10 stars to a company this would be it!!!! Mtn network is just pathetic,I went a whole week without network not even being able to load a page on my browser....it's a pity I can't attach screenshots to this message because I have plenty where I can't even access mtn's own app!!!! After one week of no network and emailing them,chatting on Twitter with them to phoning the mtn coverage control centre on 0839001212 I get exactly one week of decent network(not great,just decent) the same problem starts again on Sunday where I can't even make a call. I even pinpointed the exact tower to them and even go as far as suggesting that they just completely switch the tower off so that we can get better signal from a different tower....if I drive 3 streets in the opposite direction I get so much better signal...my kid's are schooling and in this day and age internet is a necessity for school homework. Mtn are very quick to increase their prices for the second year in a row but their network is simply pathetic!!! Why should I let go of my hard earned money for a service that's non existent? Many of my family and neighbors are complaining of the same issue. I demand a full refund for the week I was unable to use a service I am billed for. My contract is up during this year and I'll definitely be closing wisely this time around.
I purchased a new kwikot geyser after my old one burst giving me around 7 years of usage...the new one burst after a year however my new geyser burst after 1 years service...I called the customer services at 11 am who were really helpful and by 6 in the evening I had a brand new geyser installed and ready for use. Super service and the guarantee is fully covered !!!!
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes around 2 years back,one was a pair of hush puppies and the other being a pair of sketchers. I bought the hush puppies as an everyday shoe and the sketchers as a going out shoe because it was the leather pair that looked formal and quite nice. I'm using the hush puppies and it has served me admirably well but the sketchers....phew... what a waste of money,the leather is cracking up,the inside is wearing out and the stitches are coming loose.This a waste of R1500. I only used the sketchers on some weekends and some occasions as is evident on the sole which is like new still.
Well done to Lixil!!!! I purchased a basin tap and was nearing the end of my warranty by months when the handle on my tap broke off. I contacted Lixil customer care who emailed me a warranty claim form which I mailed back to them,they very quickly dispatched a rep to me and replaced my tap with a brand spanking new one. Well done to Lixil!!!!!!
It’s a big thumbs up and kudos to OneDayOnly,I purchased an Apple iPhone cord from OneDayOnly and used it a few times only after which it stopped working,I then contacted the customer care and didn’t expect much from them but the support was beyond exceptional!!!! They told me that they no longer stock that product so they unfortunately won’t be able to replace my charger but they will do a refund into my account which they very swiftly and promptly done,furthermore they told me I can do whatever I want with the old charger(which isn’t any good) Well done OneDayOnly!!!!! Keep up the good work
I am absolutely disgusted with service from Telkom,firstly the network is pathetic to say the least. Buffers on 4G!!!! I tried to cancel my data contract on the 14th March 2018 by emailing my cancellation form,one month later nothing is done and I get emails of upgrading my contract??????? I correspond with Telkom via Twitter and I get another email address to which I resubmit my cancellation form ********** was on the 23rd of April. It’s already June and my account still gets debited each month. Why should I let go of my hard earned money on a lousy product I don’t want or need? I will be stopping my debit order after this month. I am sick of Telkom Quick to bill,slow to resolve!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
I am appalled at the service of fnb. I was on fnb islamic Cheque where there was no banking fees involved for mantainind a positive balance at all times,however I was informed that Islamic finance will no longer be and all of us would be transferred to the unlimited gold Cheque account which incurred a monthly fee of R105 ??? I subsequently went into a branch on the 16th of may 2018 to downgrade my account to an easy account with monthly fees of R5. My request was processed and I was told that my request would be complete in 5 working days. 8 working days later I go back to the branch only to be told that my request was submitted and is waiting to be processed. I find this totally unacceptable because fnb is making money off me every day on a product I don’t wish to have. I called the call center three times and can’t seem to be making any progress(holding on for 10 minuets on one call). #FNB CAN BE BETTER # TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
