Why is this company appearing on my credit report? I don't even know what company this is..
Waste of money. Simple things like changing your password becomes mission impossible. You try get online help via online chat which also results in failed efforts. Might as well cancel the whole thing cos Wow.
I poured petrol on Sunday 24/03/2019 at Engen Pavillion(Westville) at 18:25 for R200, the kilometers were on 120kms to go. I didn't pay much notice to the petrol attended because he was busy checking out oil, water and tyre pressure. I payed using my debit card and left. As i was approaching traffic lights i noticed that the fuel gauge did not move on bit, still reads as 120km to go. I made my way back and confronted the petrol attendant,he then told me that it happens to most customers as they have also complained about this problem. He handed me a slip that's printed at the till for the transaction and said that that slip wouldn't have printed if he robbed me in any way. I then spoke to a supervisor by the surname of Zondo(i think) and he also confirmed that such happens and that i'm not the first person to complain about this. I went home feeling so defeated and guess what my fuel gauge did not move. I didn't even have the strength to go back and fight this as I was told that it's my car that has a problem. A car that is not even a year old. A day after I went to fill up at Shell and funny enough my fuel gauge moved, which goes back to the fact that your petrol attendant robbed me or there's just something wrong with your fuel. I am never ever going to fill up at Engen and i will never recommend anyone to use Engen. Please do not contact me, I have made peace with the fact that I was cheated but just had to put it out there.
Settled my account before the debit order date, they still deducted on payday. Been told to wait for 30 days to get a settlement letter. Been waiting for more then 7 days for the money to be reversed back into my account. Not cool!
I am a foschini account holder and the number of calls i get a day from their callcentre to offer some "product" are just ridiculous. If i do not pick up they contact my next of keen. This is so annoying because it is the same product over and over again, and I keep on advising that I am not interested. At this rate I am just going to pay off my account and be done with you guys for good.
istore card not active 24 hours after it has been delivered to me as promised.
recently got my istore card and now trying to get my pin via the ********** 260 number as stipulated on the brochure but it is saying that "they can't find any records of my card" . Went to the Durban west street branch, they had no idea what i was talking about. I phoned the complaints line and spoke to a lady named Sophie she didn't even give me a chance to explain myself, she just transferred me to lord knows where. Wow! i just cannot believe it. I want to use my card asap but i'm just not winning. What a waste of my time.
Technical issues every month end!
DO NOT USE THIS GYM COMPANY. THEY DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR GYM MEMBERSHIP. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY CAN'T EVEN ASSIST YOU OR THE PHONE KEEPS RINGING AND RINGING UNTIL YOU GIVE IN. YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC! NEVER EVER, I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS GYM.
